Thank you so much for your excellent review! And I am so pleased you had a great time and enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and appreciated the air con. The master bedroom bed is a superking-sized dark mahogany rubber wood, solid hardwood base, shipped in from Mexico [so I doubt you were in any danger of falling through 😄] with Divan mattresses placed on the top. The bedding is all superking. I am sorry you did not enjoy the Divan mattresses. The Divan mattresses in other guest reviews have been commented on as extremely comfortable, with special note on the master bed, however people’s taste do differ but I take your comments into account. I do hope it didn’t mar your holiday at all and we hope to welcome you back to Villa Tranquila again! Judy

A very disappointing review from you Hilary. As explained on your departure we certainly had no knowledge of the works starting, also we have heard from our neighbours and they had no prior notice given either. The building was across the river that runs through the urbanisation so thank goodness not very close to our property. But mostly I am disappointed that you did not let me know that there was a problem at the Villa at all with the building work. The first I heard about it was from you on leaving to go home, which is unusual as we had been in contact throughout your stay on a very pleasant casual chat basis. I would have done my upmost to sort out the problem one way or another to ensure you could enjoy the rest of your stay. On a good note I was very pleased to hear from you that you enjoyed the villa despite the noise and would like to return.

We were there with 6 people in August and were happy that the house has working air conditioning and the pool was really great. Very pleasant water temperature. We had a wonderful week and the whole deal with the owner was perfect. We would go there again!

Both of them are great professionals and take care of all the details so that you don't miss anything. The information is so extensive that you would need a year to make all the proposals they suggest. The house is simply spectacular, very spacious rooms, the bathrooms very good with shower and bathtub, the kitchen with a large amount of utensils and a large living room and a fabulous corner of relaxation where you can rest, or simply enjoy reading or listening to music. The exterior is truly incredible. There are many plants and trees that are very well cared for, which makes a beautiful and fresh place. The pool is super clean and you have your sun and shade zone to choose what you want most at the moment. In the surroundings there is everything and everything is very close. The location is perfect because without being isolated, the silence and tranquility is wonderful. We have been very comfortable and we would come back without hesitation. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Judy We spent two weeks in this villa at the end of July, Samantha welcomed us warmly and looked after us very well, answered the questions quickly and solved problems. The location of the villa has been ideal for us, quiet, private and you can reach many excursion destinations and beaches by car. The garden is beautiful and the pool had a pleasant 28 degrees, you have a great view of the sea and the city. The villa is well equipped, even a beverage refrigerator is available. We recommend the villa and consider coming back. Judy is a very nice and attentive hostess.
