Okay but not great.
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was our third stay at River Dunes. We stay rented a cottage the first time. The next time we rented a suite (facing the marina) but when we arrived they said they made a mistake and double booked our suite so we were put in a room with no view. The room was dark and dingy. We were given a discount but our stay was not as enjoyable. The next time was our anniversay and we stayed in Suite I. It was a nice stay - overlooking the marina, but the club house was not open and the cafe was on limited hours so we drove to Oriental to get things we could eat in the room. We booked the same Suite I this time but found out on the day of arrival that we were moved to Suite J - which was okay but again the view was of the parking lot and a dirt lot out of other window. The food and service in the clubhouse has gone down significantly since our first stay a few years ago.
