Great location for staying in the Rosemary Beach area. Close to cafes, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very communicative and responded to all questions that I had in a timely manner. We appreciated them letting us know when the room was ready as we landed a bit early before the check in time.

Thanks for the fantastic review of the condo, and we're elated to know you had a great time during your stay. The Homeowners' Association does have a maintenance and housekeeping team that goes through all the buildings regularly, addressing problems that are found, cleaning the common area floors, walls, and elevators. Whenever we bring a matter to their attention, they're usually pretty good at getting it taken care of right away.

Thanks for the five-star review, Erin! We're glad you enjoyed the time you spent in the condo, and we share your appreciation of the walkability of the area! Many of our guests let us know that the only time they used their car is when they arrived and then when it was time to go home.

We had a great stay. Easy check in. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beach was easy to get to, definitely recommend trying to get there early for a spot as it does fill up but getting there around 9 am was still perfectly fine. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location with just the right amenities. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach situation is different, but that’s a 30a thing. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a great stay at this studio apartment in The Villages. The location was perfect! It's an easy walk to both Rosemary and Alys beaches. Private beach access is a short stroll or quick tram ride. Parking was good. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were super responsive. Definitely recommended.

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and the location was wonderful. Beach was an easy walk and/or shuttle ride, and you could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the AC not cooling well, and they were very quick to have maintenance and an AC company out to fix the issue. They also brought us a fan to use while it was being worked on. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for couple

We had a wonderful stay! The room got a little warm because the building it’s in does not have central air conditioning. There is a fan in the area by the bed, but it could use another ceiling fan over the main living area! It is decorated super cute, but maybe too many chairs and not enough walking room in condo! Felt a little cramped with all of the furniture for such a small space. Overall great place though. Super clean and great location! Perfect for 2 people! Would book again.

Not the best experience

Too much furniture and clutter in a very small space. The 2 kitchen table chairs feel like they are going to fall apart when you sit in them. Bathroom has no ventilation. Dehumidifier has to be emptied at least once a day. HVAC mini split is either too small or not working properly. Couldn’t keep the place cool in Oct. when it wasn’t very hot outside and the vent on it needs a good cleaning. Might make it work better. Whole place needs a deep cleaning. They need to get rid of the hot plate and toaster oven and get a microwave.

Great couples getaway property

The property is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The layout offers more flexibility than a traditional studio, and had all the comforts of home. The location is perfect.
