It was a nice place for families with little ones. Enjoyed the Game room and the pool ..Great to have TV's in all the rooms...small issues - both refrigerators needed shelves...dishwasher worked but door hard to get to shut to run it...biggest issue was 1st floor AC not working well...had trouble getting host to repond, but after10 hrs,he did then, had a repairman there the next morning to fix the issue...our family had a good time with our first time using VRBO

It was a perfect place for us to have a church-related youth camp. We loved having plenty of space, beds, bathrooms galore, two fridges/freezers, lots of counter space, etc. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, pool was fun, game room was great, proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. Plenty of parking. No frills, but perfect for a large group like us. Thank you!

This property is in disrepair. I would police the cleaners if they are actually cleaning. Before we could use the rental we went and bought cleaning products a mop and bleach. The house is not maintained. Lots of broken stuff. The house hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The floors if ypu walked on them made your feet black in seconds. The price is cheap and the house served its purpose rather we made it work. I will pay a little more m9ney next time to get a better place. The location was great. Be aware the pictures of this house is not what you are getting.

The house was so big and spacious. The walk to the beach was about two mins. The view of the ocean was great! The pool was nice so thankful it was still open. Any questions I had were answered quickly. My entire family enjoyed staying in the house. It definitely was better than expected. Would love to come back every year!

The view of the beach was nice, the size was good, and the location was great. However, there was a leak within two of the bathrooms which dropped down from the second floor to the first floor. This caused us not to use a tub and a shower. On the third floor bedroom, the one queen bed frame broke immediately when weight was put onto the bed. The lights in the second floor king bedroom with the balcony had inconsistent lighting, with the light creating a strobe effect. Some of the chairs in the kitchen were bent or broken.

RENTERS BEWARE!! I am starting off this review with the only two positive things we found about this house. 1) The size: it met the needs, size wise, of all 18 members of my family 2) The proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away. Now for the warning! There is so much wrong with this house, starting with the misleading ad for it on VRBO. You don’t have the entire house as is shows in the description. And the pool is not private as the ad says. I will try to include pictures of what I mean if it lets me. I understand that this house is older and we didn’t expect modern, fancy furniture and decor, but what we got was worse than outdated and old. This house is neglected, broken, and unclean. The floors were still covered in sand, even after we had to wait over an hour outside while it was still being cleaned after our check in time, and your feet became black just by walking on the filthy floors. There was sand everywhere- all over the furniture, in the bath tubs and showers, even in the beds. It’s like nobody even bothered to put on clean sheets after the last guests. Some of the sheets were even so stained that they couldn’t be slept on. GROSS!! Door knobs were falling off, ceiling fans with no blades, light switches that turned on nothing. Closet doors were off tracks, broken stools, stains on the pool table, on the ceiling, and vents covers that were off. Walls with big cracks and peeling paint. Refrigerators with no shelves, the dishwasher falling out of wall.

To say that my family was unhappy about the condition of the house would be an understatement. For starters when we got there and got out of the cars only to look up and find that we parked right under a huge patch of black mold. Entering the kitchen the counters had crumbs and sand on them, the cooktop was covered with grease, and all the shelves on the door of the refrigerator were missing. Every floor had sand on it. There was black mold throughout the house on walls, baseboards, and vent covers. All of the soaking tubs had sand in them, one of the showers had only the frame of a shower door and did not have a shower head. under most of the sinks in the house was water damage. Just about every room had cracked walls or a cracked ceiling. There were three smoke/carbin. detector outlets that did not have detectors in them. One of the bedrooms had a leaking window and one of the kids stuff got soaked. This place advertised a game room with a foosball table that the playing floor was busted out of and we could not use it. The pool table was had two sticks that were not useable and the table itself was covered with stains and no one wanted to even touch it. The master bedroom were my wife and I slept one of the closets housed the a/c unit for that level of the house. The ceiling in the closet was covered with black mold and the drain pan was covered in rust my wife who uses an inhaler was on it all week. more to say no more space. Would never recommend this place.

Great place for our big family trip. The location was the best, you can see the ocean from the front of the house, very roomy loved it had two places to store drinks. When I needed to contact the host, he responded with in the hour. Beds could have been better, I just subjected bring a pillow topper. My bed was good, but others said it was springy. Of course nothing is perfect, the house it more run down as stated, great place for the price (looks like new reeling's were added looking at old photos. Also if bring kids, great little tied pool when the water goes out.

The highlight of the property was proximity to the beach. The furnishings were bare minimum. The amount of living space was appropriate for the occupants of the house. Critical items for first day such as hand soap, extra toilet paper, pillows, blankets was non existent. Coordination with the owner was very poor. Important notifications that included items to bring that are not supplied such as hairdryer, pillows etc was received hours before we arrived which was too late. We attempted to notify owner of a water leak from upstairs garden tub to vent of bathroom below it on our 3rd day, and by the time we left 4 days later he has yet to reply. Over all property is in a great location. The functionality and aesthetics both inside and out appear to be neglected. I would not stay there again.

I am an Army Veteran and have been renting my properties since 2007. We would love to have you stay. Come to the beach with a lot of friends and family members and have a great time!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The property is in a great location right across Ocean Blvd from the beach. It is in the center of all attractions. Large 3 story townhome at a great price due to age of property!
