Welcome to Casa BreAnna - Desert Retreat, a pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom furnished home on Tucson’s northwest side. With a spacious layout, equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, attached garage, and everyday household essentials, the home is well suited for families, professionals, relocation stays, and extended visits.

The home accommodates up to six guests and offers convenient access to I-10, Oro Valley, downtown Tucson, restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf, and Tucson Gem and Mineral Show venues.

LIVING AREA

The bright living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a wood-burning fireplace. Sliding doors open directly onto the covered patio, allowing natural light into the room and providing easy access to the backyard.

The spacious layout gives families, coworkers, and travel companions room to relax during both short and extended stays.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting, and the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals at home.

Whether you are making morning coffee, preparing family dinners, or staying for several weeks, the kitchen offers the convenience needed for everyday living.

BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom has a king bed, tall ceilings, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, along with a twin trundle.

Please note that the property’s maximum occupancy is six guests.

BATHROOMS

The home has two full bathrooms.

The primary bathroom includes a clawfoot soaking tub, a separate custom glass shower, and marble-topped vanities. The second bathroom provides additional space and convenience for families or guests sharing the home.

WORKSPACE AND WIFI

High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make the home suitable for remote work, extended assignments, online study, and other longer stays.

LAUNDRY

A full-size washer and dryer are available in the home, making it easier to manage laundry during extended stays.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Step through the living room’s sliding doors onto the covered and shaded patio. It offers a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee, read, or relax outside in the evening.

GARAGE PARKING

The attached garage provides convenient, covered parking and direct access to the home. Guests have specifically appreciated being able to park inside the garage during their stay.

PET-FRIENDLY STAYS

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet deposit. Please include your pet’s details when requesting a stay so approval and applicable charges can be confirmed before booking.

We stayed here for 19 days. The house itself is nice and the hosts were responsive, which we appreciated. However, several issues affected our overall experience, particularly given the cost of the rental.The biggest concern was that the central heat did not function for the entirety of our stay. Indoor temperatures averaged 64–66 degrees. One member of our group has a medical condition aggravated by cold and chose to leave early. Space heaters were provided and helped in the bedrooms, but the main living areas remained cold, and moving heaters from room to room became inconvenient over a long stay.There were also maintenance and cleanliness issues. The master shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. The bathtub was unstable and wobbled, so we avoided using it. There were no towel racks in the master bath and a shortage of towels overall. At checkout, we found the mattresses had no protectors and visible stains. Basic supplies like toilet paper, laundry detergent, and cleaning products were limited for a stay of this length.The yard consisted mostly of dirt and weeds, making the outdoor space less inviting. The grill was also dirty and unusable.While some items may seem minor individually, over three weeks they added up. At this price point, we expected better overall comfort and upkeep.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience of the heating, it is unfortunate during your stay the heating system malfunctioned. Once notified, we promptly provided multiple space heaters and have since replaced the system. We’ve also reviewed the additional items mentioned with our team to ensure everything is properly maintained for future guests. We’re sorry that the credit we offered during the stay did not meet your expectations, but we did try to address the situation as quickly as possible. We appreciate the feedback as we continue improving the guest experience.

Great communication with the host, everything was clear and easy to understand with the check in process and the details of the house. We were able to park in the garage which was a definite plus for our needs. Would stay again!
