We had a wonderful stay at this fall. Despite dealing with the logistics of hurricane Isaias, our host was extremely accommodating with our check in and overall stay. Spectacular views and great location. We will definitely go back!

Very clean room ..kitchen items were a little sparse ,no large baking dish for ex. 9x13, knives were very dull ,no can opener , There were 6 TV remotes but none that would actually run the TV, The Large curtains for the sliding door were actually in the closet , we had to put them back up for someone to be able to sleep on the sofa ... otherwise great location and very clean ..Very easy check in

Thank you for staying at Crystal Tower 807 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad the unit was very clean and easy to check in to. I’m sorry the kitchen lacked some essentials, the knives were dull, there was no can opener, the TV remotes weren’t functioning, and the sliding‑door curtains were in the closet — that shouldn’t have been your experience. I’ve passed your notes to housekeeping and maintenance so we can restock a 9x13 baking dish and a can opener, replace/sharpen knives, repair or replace the remotes, and ensure curtains are hung before arrival. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

While the listing included 2 vehicles per unit, it didn’t say anything about cost; or if it did…I missed the information. Cost was 40/vehicle for 2 nights. I notified the Owner of the grinding sound the ceiling fan in the living space was making. Hopefully it will be repaired for the next guest. We cook on vacation. The electric can opener nor the hand mixer worked. There was not a manual can opener available. Two of the measuring cups were melted. All of these are little things but for the price paid for the unit, I did not expect issues. The positives-beds were comfortable, view is great. We enjoyed sitting on balcony enjoying our coffee each morning. Having the walkway across the highway is a nice feature.

Location and convenience of everything was great!Only problem was the construction and stripping of theconcrete right outside our room, possibly could have beenthe cause of the elevator being down a couple times, nobody likes to walk the stairs, especially on vacation. All in all, it was a fabulous place, with great pools and great view from the huge balcony!

Wonderful stay, great accommodations, met our needs. The only tip I would give the host would be... either do less furniture or smaller furniture for the space. The big set on balcony made me a little panicky with the little ones, it was hard to get it "away" from the railing. But that is certainly not a complaint, just a recommendation from an outsider's view. Thank you for hosting our family, we enjoyed GSB as always!

Beach get away

Crystal tower is an excellent property in the Gulf Shores. It has all of the amenities you need and beach access. This is our second year coming and staying in a different condo. This one was okay. The property has what I consider a lot of wear and tear. The property management company responded to an issue with the TV quite quickly. The downfall is the lack of basic things in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. They also skimp on hand soap and towels and didn’t provide beach towels for a beach property. For the price we paid, I would have hoped they would have some of the basic household items that other condos in the complex provide.

The condo was very basic with basic furnishings. The furniture coverings were stained and worn. The first thing we did on day one was go to Walmart and purchase a frying pan and a Keurig coffee maker. We brought our Keurig coffee and neither of your coffee makers would brew the keurig containers. None of your non-stick fry pans were non-stick. The surfaces were worn off and my eggs stuck to the surface even using butter. The bathrooms were simple and not very large. In the Master bath the toilet paper dispenser was placed so that I had to turn sideways to get paper. We finally placed a roll of toilet paper on the small table that was sitting in between the toilet and the tub. There were three televisions. The television in the Living Room setting needed to be setup. However, the television remote was missing. I called about the missing remotes, but they could not solve that problem during our one week stay. The display was larger than the screen. I needed the proper remote to adjust the image, but the remote was missing. There were NO remotes for the second bedroom. So we used the Cable Remote from the master bedroom in the second bedroom. However, volume could not be adjusted with that remote on that TV. We survived. The building was undergoing construction. There were 3 elevators for the building. The building was 20 stories tall with 9 Condos per floor. One of the three elevators was "Out of Service" the entire week.
