Located on private road with only 5 other buildings, this is the safest neighborhood around! Ample parking for even larger vehicles. Nearby is the entrance to amazing mountain bike trails, the riverwalk, the casino, and a few short miles to downtown! The guidebook includes great places to dine as well as some fun activites for everyone!

No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed!

You have access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment which is located on the ground level of this building. No one else has access to your unit at all but you may see other guests in the parking lot or at their designated fire pit outside.

Firewood is available to ourchase for $10 per bundle- provided by a local retired farmer.

Damage deposit is $500. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼
