Update for Fall and Winter Stays: From October 25 to November 24, the indoor pool area will be temporarily closed for new flooring and updates around the hot tubs and pool. In December, the lazy river will be closed for seasonal maintenance. Rates have been reduced during this time to reflect these brief closures.


You may park 2 vehicles. You must go to the Phoenix front desk to purchase parking passes. The current rate is $60.The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowners' Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on the property.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
