Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests. Due to the previous guests unexpectedly extending their stay, we arranged an alternative unit rather than leave you without accommodations. The unit you were moved to was literally next door to the originally booked property, so there was no meaningful change in location or neighborhood. On the night of your arrival, our host remained available until approximately 3:00 AM and was able to reach you directly to explain the situation and make sure you successfully accessed the correct apartment. I’d also like to clarify the description of the alternative unit. It is a recently remodeled apartment with two full bathrooms—one in the master suite and another in the living area. It also has three windows providing plenty of natural light. While it is a lower-level unit, it is not an underground basement apartment; it has direct street-level access through its own gated entrance. We do acknowledge that the change in check-in instructions could have been communicated more clearly, particularly while you were traveling internationally, and we appreciate that feedback. We’re glad you found the bed comfortable, the shower hot, and the location convenient, quiet, and safe throughout your eight-night stay.
