* The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay.

* Please treat the home with care and respect.

* Be courteous to neighbors and follow the Walton County Noise Ordinance: quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

* No parties are permitted. If you wish to host an event, prior approval from the property manager is required.

* No pets are permitted at this property.

* No Smoking or Vaping in or around the property.

* Parking on the street is not allowed within the community. HOA tickets will be issued for violations. Please use the designated parking areas only.

* Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on balcony railings.

* Please rinse sand off yourself and all beach equipment before storing items neatly in the garage. Beach gear is not permitted inside the home.

* If you use the grill, please clean it thoroughly and cover it afterward to protect from the elements.

* If any property damage occurs, please notify your property manager immediately.
For emergencies, call 911 first and then contact your property manager.

* Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. For larger parties or extended stays, please bring or purchase additional items as needed.

* We cannot accept responsibility for mail or package deliveries. If the property does not have a mailbox, please direct items to a local postal storefront.
