This stylish 1-bedroom apartment is designed with a contemporary aesthetic and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Living Room: Enjoy a cozy seating area with a plush sofa, flat-screen TV, and large windows that offer breathtaking views of Dubai.
Bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, soft linens, and direct access to the balcony.
Kitchen: A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home.

The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to navigate Dubai:
Metro: The Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is nearby, providing convenient access to the city.
Taxis: Book a ride with Uber, Careem, or Yango for door-to-door convenience.
Driving: Major attractions like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay Waterfront are within minutes by car.
We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines.
- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an
additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- Dubai is a rapidly evolving city, and ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building may occur, potentially causing some disruptions during your stay.
Currently, construction work is underway in the basement area of our building. This is expected to continue for approximately 5–6 months and is anticipated to be completed by August 2025. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
2- 7 nights - 500 AED
7 - 28 - 1000 AED
Over 28 nights - 1500 AED
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
