This was a comfortable house to stay in during a family vacation to the Denver area. The location was great for both hiking excursions & spending time in downtown Denver. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to prepare meals, & we enjoyed the hot tub after some long hikes.

This was a great getaway for my family of five. It was very roomy, comfortable, clean and quaint. Nice, quiet neighborhood and great location in between Denver and Boulder. Would recommend to anyone wanting a laid back, easy vacation.

We did come into at semi-dirty house (floors were not clean, found used razor and in Master bathroom, used toothbrush holder on kitchen table). The stairs to upstairs has bradnails sticking up on a couple of the transitions which caused some socks to be torn and hole be made into shorts. Hot tub was nice and well placed. Area around hot tub area was lacking to be swept a lot of twigs in immediate area. The kitchen lighting was not very bright and the light above sink flickered constantly. Nice location overall minor issues but nothing we couldn’t overcome.

Great place would recommend

This house is awesome the rooms are very well put together and cozy. The one thing that was a problem was the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was on the ground broken when we got there. But other than that the yard was a great place for the kids to play. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after our days hiking.

Family Fun in Westminster!

This house was perfect for us! The rooms were accommodating and we had just about everything we needed. While pictures can be kind of misleading, this house was really beautiful and kept up. The rooms were a little small but the beds were comfortable so that’s all that mattered. There is a huge backyard which was nice plus the hot tub was a nice treat on our last night there. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed to survive the four days, we just had to buy more trash bags. I also want to mention the generosity and flexibility of the owner because we were coming into town early, they allowed us to check in a little early as well. They didn’t have to do that so we really really appreciated it.

Exactly as described but better

Absolutely wonderful service and communication with property management! I maintain properties like this at home and know the work it takes to keep everything up to 5 star standards and was very impressed with everything. We needed an in town home with a backyard for our pups, a hot tub for relaxing and a king bed for a few days to get away. All was there as described. Very clean home and cute decor. Our pups loved the furniture covers so they could sit on the couch with us. All the small touches and great communication by management was very much appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the same type of VRBO!

Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was even better than expected. It was extremely clean, comfortable and truly cozy! I typically clean any place we stay before I am comfortable enough to sleep or shower, but no need to do so here. The view of the water from the back patio is awesome. We enjoyed just sitting out there much of the time. The houses are close together, but you don't notice it. The fence and landscape provide a degree of privacy. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! Carol is such a gracious host! She is quick to reply to messages, and very helpful. The only issue I had was related to the VRBO site itself. Glitched when I was trying to make the payment. I had to call their customer service number to get it processed. If you like flavored coffee you will need to bring some along. There is no k-cup coffee machine. There is a regular coffee pot, so no problem as long as you bring someone with you to drink the rest of the pot. I usually have one cup each morning, so my husband drank the rest each day we were there. Lol. I think we have found our new favorite place. :)
