Great place to stay

We had an amazing time on site, everything was clean, check in was seamless, all concerns I had was fixed quick and the host was fast and responsive. The home was amazing, I recommend for large families with kids. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook a meal. Coffee bar was amazing. The area was near Walmart and other stores. It was very quiet and relaxing 10 out of 10 no issues at all. I will be back with my family. Thank you for being a great Host.

Amazing!

Our family simply didn’t want to leave the house because it was so amazing! Everything was brand new, spotless, and very well designed. The home theater and game room provided super fun moments, and the decor was even more beautiful than in the photos. Every space was created to offer comfort and leisure, making our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

The pool was not usable for half our stay , the heater and filter did not work . Was fixed halfway thru our stay. Photos of listing of home were not accurate , all the amenities of resort guests, will not have access to them even for a fee as represented by owner .

Arnold, You reported that it was fixed halfway through your stay, yes I agree, you only stayed in the house for 2 days, you told our team to fix the problem only at night and we sent the technician to you at the same time and since you had to change the pool pump, we had to schedule it for the next morning. All the photos of the house and the condo are exactly real, we did not use any filters or image manipulation. All our reviews on Vrbo and other platforms are 10 and all the guests love the house and the condo. Have a good day

Beautiful house, A few kinks to work out

The house itself was great!! You could tell a lot had been recently updated. We ran into a few small issues that just need to be worked out. When booking tell them you want pool heat, it is not in description that there is an additional charge but there is. When we arrived more than half the TVS were not working right. They fixed all but one tv ( starwars bunk room) Then we noticed there were barely any towels, for a house that sleeps 18 people there were about 10 shower towels and 3 beach towels. Definitely not enough unless you want to do laundry everyday. We ran out and purchased extra. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, only 2 garbage bags, no hand soap and minimal amount in bathrooms. That’s ok just state in your info about house, you only provide 1 of each so people know ahead. Our garbage was overflowing from last guest. I finally took it to the road when I noticed other cans out. Recycling never got picked up the whole week. Lastly pictures of the pools and water park are only for members of Reunion, Not available to renting guests.. Should be removed from house info. Otherwise beautiful house, clean, and great location!!
