Welcome to your retreat at the Sunset Burrow. This unique property offers 10 acres to explore for year-round enjoyment. Come visit one of the only Earthen homes in Michigan!
Only 6 miles from both the North Higgins & South Higgins State Parks, this property provides easy access to the pristine Higgins Lake beach & boat launch. Plus, close to other activities like Kayak rentals, skiing, ORV/hiking trails, & a Township beach.
With 2.5 baths & 3 bedrooms including 5 beds & a Pack ‘n Play, this home can comfortably sleep 8, + an additional air mattress for a total of 10.

AMENITIES:
WIFI, TELEVISION & STREAMING: This home is equipped with WIFI & two Smart TVs. No streaming services are provided, but feel free to log into your account(s) or cast from your phone! DVD movies & a variety of board games are provided for additional entertainment.
COFFEE: This home is equipped with both a standard drip coffee maker (filters provided) & a Keurig for your brewing convenience. Coffee/cream/sugar not provided.
FAMILIES: This home is equipped with a Pack & Play crib as well as a highchair, bathroom stools & a couple small toys & books for your use during your stay!
KITCHEN: Crockpot, waffle maker, George Foreman grill, blender, toaster, hand mixer, standard utensils/plates, pots & pans, baking dishes, marshmallow roasting sticks, etc. Dish soap provided.
TOWELS: Beach & bath towels are provided for your use.
LAUNDRY ROOM with washer & dryer. Some laundry soap is provided for your convenience.
No air-conditioning but the design nature of this house keeps it plenty cool in the summer!
HAIR DRYERS are located under the sink in full bathrooms.
FIREPIT is available for your use.
SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blankets, flashlight, choking plunger, fire ladder. Garage is not accessible but plenty of parking is available.
