For Boating & Adventure Lovers:
Step outside to find kayaks for exploring the turquoise waters, a spacious dock with water and power accommodating up to two boats, an ice maker machine, and a bait freezer to keep your catch fresh. Boaters will love the easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico through the nearby Vaca Cut Bridge. If guests are bringing two boats, the boat lift is available with a security deposit of $2000.00 for any damages. Guests must notify us ahead of time to arrange its use. Regardless of the lift, there are still 50' of free space at the dock.

Parking Details:
A trailer up to 35' can be parked in front of the house. For larger trailers, Key Colony Beach offers a designated yard with first-come, first-serve parking. Please note, only one trailer is permitted on the property.

Sandy Palms Vacations offers a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
