Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the heart of Addis Ababa. The property is perfect both as a short and long-term rental.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a coffee maker, a laptop-friendly workspace, a balcony in the living room and bedrooms, and another room for those who want another bedroom and private office space.

- The living room is spacious and leads to a comfortable balcony that is both scenic and private.
- It has a Smart TV, a working desk, and Wi-Fi, which is ideal for guests who would like to work from the house.
- The kitchen has an open-plan setup. It is fully equipped with a cooker, cutlery, a blender, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a fridge.

- The bedroom has a king-size bed, huge wardrobes, and lots of natural light.
- The bathroom has a showerhead with an instant hot shower.

Guests can access tour guide services such as city tours and explorations of Ethiopia. We also offer cultural experiences, including coffee-making, baking injera, and attending meals together, as well as Amharic language classes. A nominal fee is charged for these services. The neighborhood is centrally located, easily accessible, and just a few minutes drive from the airport. Supermarkets, local markets, and the National Museum are 10 to 20 minutes away. It’s very safe, and even at night, police officers walk around since the police station is close by. It’s even safe to take a walk in the middle of the night.
