601 Downtown Miami Residences offers 5-star resort-style living in the heart of Downtown Miami. This brand-new building features luxurious, air-conditioned units with fully equipped kitchens fitted with premium Bosch appliances, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and access to a private terrace. Guests enjoy full access to hotel-style amenities, combining the comfort of a home with the service of a high-end resort all in a prime, walkable location.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This apartment is a Residence Unit located within the same complex as the hotel but is privately owned and independently managed. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with the hotel. As such, certain hotel services — including room service, daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, and engineering — are not available for residence guests.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3 PM – 12 AM (midnight)
After 12 AM, third-party check-in may be available (fees apply). If you prefer to avoid late fees, check-in resumes at 10 AM the next morning.
• Check-out: by 10 AM
REGISTRATION & RESORT FEE
All guests must register at the front desk before check-in.
• Occupancy limit: 4 guests per unit
• All guests must sign the condominium’s rules and regulations form
• Resort fee: $35 per night (collected by the hotel). This covers the unit and all registered guests
• Amenity access: Pool and gym are included after registration. Spa access is available only with a confirmed paid service

All guests must register at the front desk before check-in. The occupancy limit is 4 guests per unit and may not be exceeded. Each guest must sign the condominium’s rules and regulations form. A mandatory resort fee of $35 per night is collected by the hotel at check-in. This fee is per unit and covers all registered guests. Please note, this is a privately owned unit and does not include daily housekeeping. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Guests have full access to hotel amenities located on floors 7, 8, and 9, including:
