There is minimal noise coming from main road since it is located at the highway and near the beach . Filipino loves karaoke when in the beach. if you sleep shallowly this not the place for you. though we put some glass windows to lessen the noise.

The building has no parking space for the guest but there is pay parking space infront Barrio Barretto Beach or Driftwood Beach.Also, Street parking is also available.
