The place was cute, cozy, and clean, and it had everything I needed for my last-minute trip. Right in the center of Condado, with many restaurants within walking distance and San Juan a short drive or a walk away. The only thing is that it faces the street, and it can get loud; you can hear all the cars passing by and people, so if you’re a light sleeper, it might not be the right place for you. I used my noise-canceling headphones and made it work

Fantastic place, spotless, close to everything and only a short uber to Old San Juan. David and Chris really thought of everything and stocked anything you could need for your trip. Only thing I’d suggest is to bring earplugs for sleeping as the mornings can be a little noisy, but that’s understandable being close to the main road. Would book again!

This place was perfect, almost a “tiny house” experience and so well set up! Location is perfect, all sorts of food and beach options within easy walking distance. The coffee was much appreciated to get rolling in the morning, and the kitchen had just enough of everything to get by easily. A/C worked surprisingly well, towels and linens were soft and clean. Well done all around. Would absolutely come back again!

Overall this was a clean and convenient apartment for our stay in San Juan. The balcony was a wonderful asset and the apartment itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were quite disappointed to learn from a sign in the lobby that the pool was closed for renovations. It was one of the primary reasons we chose this property and had not been informed of this ahead of our stay. The apartment is in a great location making it easy to get in and out of Old San Juan but it should be noted that the street it’s on gets LOUD at night and well into the morning. We were woken up between 2am-5am each night by people out and about. That being said, it’s a great spot and if you don’t mind party-goers or are one yourself, this might be an ideal spot for you.

We are Chris and David, a couple full of enthusiasm for hosting and entrepreneurship. We have two wonderful children, Japhet and Chris, and a sweet Shih Tzu named Thiago—our “third child,” who we love as part of the family.

As owners of a professional cleaning company, we take great pride in keeping our properties extra clean, something our guests often highlight in their reviews. Cleanliness and comfort are at the heart of what we offer, because we want every guest to feel completely at home.

We also love meeting people from different states and countries, learning about their cultures, and sharing the beauty of Puerto Rico with them. Traveling and discovering new places inspires us, and hosting allows us to connect with wonderful people from around the world.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose Condado because it is truly the heart of San Juan. Our apartment is right next to the beautiful Condado Lagoon, where you can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply taking in the peaceful water views.

What we love most about this neighborhood is its perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. Just steps away you’ll find world-class casinos, trendy restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and boutique shops. The beach is within walking distance, and the area is safe, lively, and full of energy.

Condado combines the charm of island living with the convenience of being close to everything, making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Puerto Rico.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our property stands out for its unbeatable location in the heart of Condado, right on Ashford Avenue. From the pool, you can look directly out onto the beautiful Condado Lagoon and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets in San Juan.

What makes it truly special is the combination of comfort, convenience, and views—you’re just steps away from restaurants, casinos, and vibrant nightlife, yet the lagoon creates a serene backdrop that feels like a private escape. Guests love the rare balance of city energy and natural beauty that only this spot can offer.
