Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the A/C on the third floor and the issues with the faucet and ants. We appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve the A/C, and we’ll be sure to address the other maintenance concerns to improve future stays. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and layout of the home, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you for your detailed feedback about your recent stay at our townhouse in PCB. We’re glad to hear you found the property lovely and well-maintained, and that our maintenance team was able to promptly resolve the issue when you got locked out of one of the bathrooms. We’re truly sorry for any confusion regarding the elevator. While the listing does not advertise the elevator as an amenity, we understand that seeing the elevator door with a lock on it in a photo showcasing another space may have led to assumptions about its availability. We regret that this wasn’t clearer and appreciate your input, as it helps us improve. The elevator is privately managed by the property owner, and access is not included in the rental. We’ll review how we present this in our listing to ensure future guests have clearer expectations. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by noisy neighbors. This is not typical, and we’re sorry it impacted your stay. We’ve noted this with the property management team to address with the neighboring unit to prevent future disruptions. We value your feedback and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide a better experience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you’d like to discuss further.
