Marilyn Monroe Waterfront Holiday House in Miami!
Tropical urban oasis. It's 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home on the water in the center of the Shorecrest neighborhood in Miami's super-hot Upper Eastside/MiMo District. Minutes to Miami Beach. Walking distance to some of Miami's best restaurants. French doors lead you through the covered patio and fountain to luxurious pool area and lush backyard. Stunning Marilyn Monroe painting from acclaimed French artist overlooks it all. 76 feet of protected water with no fixed bridges is a boater's dream.
The house features a saltwater pool that is much gentler on the skin compared to traditional chlorine pools. We installed the saltwater system because it avoids itchy skin conditions for young kids
FOR CRUISE-GOERS:
The house is located 15 minutes away from the Port of Miami. That’s one of the reasons why we bought the house, actually. We just went on our latest cruise a couple of months ago.
FOR CHABAD:
There are two different chabads that are both about a 25-minute walk and 3-4 minute drive. The first is called Chabad of North Bay Village and the second is Chabad of Normandy Isle. There are also 3 more chabads within a one-hour walk and 10-minute drive.
FOR BOATERS:
The house has a boat dock that can accommodate up to a 40-foot boat. If you would like to arrange for a boat to dock, contact us to make arrangements.
FOR KAYAKERS AND PADDLE BOARDERS: We are avid lovers of water sports and keep kayaks and a paddle board at the house. Arrangements can me made to use them.
FOR PARENTS WITH KIDS:
The house is located 10 minutes away from the awesome Pirate Park Playground right on Miami Beach and 7 minutes from Miami Shores Tot Lot Playground. Both are excellent. There are small playgrounds that are walkable from the house.
Because we have two young children, the house is well-equipped. In the kids closet we keep a portable baby bassinet, two pack 'n play cribs, a booster seat, a toddler toilet seat + ladder, and more.

This is our family vacation home and we debated a long time whether to make it available for rent or not. We recently decided to go for it because the house brings us so much joy and we wanted others to share in that joy.
