Starlink internet, solar/battery power backup, 17 stage RO water filtration! Full access of the first and second floor of the home and the pool area. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Limited access to the basement for laundry equipment.
Other things to note
This house is designed by renowned architect Jeffrey Borja to take maximum advantage of the amazing views found on Dayo Hill. It offers 3 balconies, and a separate covered patio to maximize the indoor/outdoor living. 5 air conditioners keep the house comfortable year around with backup solar and batteries to minimize the chances of brown-outs. We have a 17 stage Reverse Osmosis water filtration system to deliver incredibly clean and soft water to the showers and sinks. Jeffrey designed the interior to be a blend of modern straight lines with softer wood tones to make it the perfect blend of design and comfort. The linens and towels are all imported from the USA and are very high quality. The bathrooms have bidet toilets and amazing showers. We also have a large jetted tub.
