Our duplex apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience across two well-planned floors:

Lower Floor: Features a large, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious dining area, and a dedicated workspace with a large desk. There’s also a relaxing lounge with a big sofa and one bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed. This floor includes a bathroom with a toilet and a separate laundry room with a washer.

Upper Floor: Offers a cozy living room with a TV, three spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds, and windows that allow for plenty of fresh air. A large balcony provides additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

Climate Control: Each room has individual air conditioning, and the entire apartment benefits from floor heating, ensuring year-round comfort.

Bedrooms: Four cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, offer ample space for restful sleep.

Living Rooms: Two inviting living areas, perfect for relaxation and socializing.
