The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

Lastly, both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Dubai Marina is a vibrant and captivating destination in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This stunning area is home to various attractions, including the famous Dubai Marina Walk, where visitors can stroll along the waterfront and take in breathtaking views.

The nearest metro station, DMCC Metro Station (line M-Red), is just a 5-minute walk.

Around the area, you can get direct access to Marina Walk, where you can explore Dubai Marina, have a walk, ride a scooter or a Careem bike. You can also try the Dubai Marina Mall Zipline that will get you across the Marina or have a Yacht party or dhow cruise on Marina Walk.

There are a variety of restaurants around Dubai Marina Walk of different cuisines: Pier 7, Ruth's Chris Steak House, The cheese cake factory, La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
