Perched on a picturesque hillside, this complex features private beach access (only available to residents and guests) and amenities like an on-site fitness center and shaded lounge areas for your relaxation.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.

The View is everything!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The highlight for me was the absolutely stunning view of Playa La Entrega—it's truly one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen. Sitting out on the terrace was a dream. The terrace itself is spacious and perfect for relaxing, dining, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings.The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. It was the perfect balance of style and convenience.The team from My Huatulco Vacation was amazing throughout my entire stay. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and helped with anything I needed. I also booked a yacht and a private chef through them, and both experiences were fantastic. Chef Manuel was incredible! his food was delicious, and his service made everything feel extra special.Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Nice and right by the beach

This place was great for our visit! It is close to La playa entrega and you can walk there or drive down the hill and park!It had a lot of space and incredible views! The pool was great for our family. There are a few improvements that should be noted. We asked ahead and were told we would have drinking water but it was nearly empty on arrival. When asking management they said to have the gate keeper fill it but there was no gate keeper and when he arrived he was unable to. Additionally, we only had a gate keeper one time in the 5 days we stayed. This would have helped when asking where to put trash or to find a plunger for toilet as there wasn’t one in the apartment. At times getting response from the management took hours. The gate was almost always locked but was sometimes left open. There were also some things in the apartment that are worth mentioning. The oven was not screwed into the wall and came out when opening it and there was an electrical box on the terrace that came out when using it. There was a glass door to a toilet (strange).The main shower sprays water into the floor of the bathroom and the bedroom door opens directly into the shower so privacy can be a challenge. There were no hand locks on any of the doors so they all required keys to be locked from the inside which was unusual. This also applied to the front door so it could not be locked if someone was staying behind or people could not get out if they were locked in (a fire hazard). it

Regarding the drinking water situation, we’re sorry for the confusion. As it was during the holiday period, the regular gatekeeper was on vacation — this is why, as with all our guests, we provided your group with the key to the gate to ensure full independence and access throughout your stay. We understand how this could have been unexpected, and we’ll certainly take your comments into account to make it clearer in future communications. As for the minor maintenance issues mentioned, we’ve already passed these on to our property care team to assess and address immediately.
