The cabin was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable with great entertaining space for a large group. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of fun extras. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order. Game room was fun for keeping kids busy and out of the heat for a little bit. No issues and very accommodating management.

We stayed here with our 4 married children and their families!! It was amazing!!! Everyone had plenty of space!! There were big gathering places everywhere!! Inside and out!! The house was clean the pool and hot tub were amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked for our large family!!!! We absolutely loved it. Communication with the host was very easy and he was helpful and easy to communicate with!! We had an absolute amazing time that flew by so quickly!! Thank you to everyone at The Cliffs for a fantastic and memorable vacation!!! We would all recommend it for anyone who wants a large comfortable place for your family to gather and have fun making memories!!!!! The beds were all comfy as too!!!

Our family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed all the aspects of this lovely house. The swimming pool and the “treehouse” that housed the shuffleboard table, the video game console and the air hockey table were among the most used items. The outdoor deck was full everyday and night playing board and card games while enjoying the grill and music. This was a fairly secluded cabin and wildlife sightings were plenty! The owners were very responsive and made any issue “right” very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!!!!!!!

Very good!! OnlyProblems we had was the front door was difficult to open and close and the toilets kept stopping up. But maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the problem or we were able to use the plunger and get it unstopped. Overall the cabin was Great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our "girl trip". The house and property is beautiful. I found the house for our trip, and the ladies told me that they won't accept anything less on our next trip.Please don't let go of any maintenance and keep it in tip-top shape.

This property was perfect for our family gathering! We had 8 adults and 7 kids and we loved every detail. It was even better than the pictures! It really felt like we were at an exclusive resort. The kids had a blast exploring by the creek, swimming, swinging and playing in the game room. We loved that the dining table was big enough to accommodate all of us for family meals and that there was plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy time outside. There were a couple of hiccups that were addressed promptly. We would highly recommend The Cliffs on Twin Creeks!

This home was beautiful. Well thought out. Lots of room. Comfy beds. Great for families with lots of kids-the treehouse game room was so nice and the pool was a hit. Being on the creek was awesome for the kids and loved the sound for the ambiance. Beautiful home with easy property managers!

Beautiful location with access to the creek and trail. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only complaint I have is that the stove/oven did not work properly.

Overall, this property was a great fit for our group of 19. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and the host provided access to the closets for extra bedding if it was needed. There was plenty of space and cups, utensils, etc. The extra-large dining table and seating at the bar was great. There were 2 washers and dryers, which was incredibly convenient with our large group with kids. The location itself was also great. We did have some challenges with some of the items within the property. The oven and the griddle in the kitchen were non-operable and the property management company did not disclose this upfront and expected us to make due with a countertop convection oven. The treehouse AC wasn't working, however, they did send maintenance out the same day to repair it. The pool heater was left on which made the pool less than refreshing, but we were able to turn it off on day 3. We also had asked if the property had an air fryer, Keurig and cornhole so we could plan what we needed to bring. We were told that they didn't have any of them and in fact there were 3 air fryers, 2 Keurig's and a cornhole boards. The grill on the back patio is also malfunctioning and one of our guests was actually burned when starting it. Also, beware of second bunk room photos - they are extremely deceiving. The room is TINY and will not accommodate anyone over the age of 6. There is also minimal airflow in that room so it was very warm. Regardless of these items, we still had an amazing time.

Despite its charm, the property was poorly maintained. The issues we encountered impacted our stay. Maintenance was contacted but unable to resolve any issues. When inquired about any type of reimbursement, we were told they would "consider it" — and I have yet to hear back.Here is a full account of what we dealt with:1. Filthy oven — We had to clean it ourselves before usable.2. Broken oven door — Again, we fixed it ourselves.3. Malfunctioning stove burners — It took 45 minutes just to achieve a low simmer, and the griddle did not work at all.4. Oven that wouldn't heat properly — The oven itself failed to reach proper temperatures.5. Widespread damage throughout the home — Broken blinds, door handles falling off (rendering doors unable to close), shower doors that wouldn't shut, cracked and broken flooring, and an unstable bunkbed railing.6. Trash can that wouldn't close — This caused persistent odors throughout the house.7. Active water leak on the first floor — Every time someone showered upstairs, water leaked through the ceiling directly below.8. Broken toilet — A toilet repeatedly stopped working during our stay. Maintenance came out and made a temporary fix, but it failed again within a day and never worked. We genuinely wanted to love this property. Location is excellent and the home has real potential — but current state, it is not guest-ready. Until these issues are addressed and the property is properly maintained, I cannot recommend it.

Perfect spot on the creek

Long drive to the end of the road, but worth it to get there and enjoy a quiet spot on the creek in a home able to house 4 families with 12 total kids and still have 4 master suites, each with a king bed. Huge bunk room held 9 girls (with room for one more) and small bunk room held 3 boys (with room for one more). Everything was comfortable and relaxing. Secluded property with separate game room where kids had a blast playing. The walk down to the creek was fun for the kids to stay close but still have an adventure of their own. We fished, had fire pit nights, played games, and were close to all the Broken Bow restaurants and the state park for a bit of hiking. The kitchen was great for cooking and congregating around the large island. Two dishwashers, two sinks, two large refrigerators for all our food and drinks (with an extra beverage fridge for wine and beer). For full transparency, I’m sharing a few small drawbacks. There was an occasional smell from the septic system late in the evening when the septic sprinkler came on. Maybe set them to go off after midnight? With only one trash can in the kitchen, the trash filled up quick. The game room/tree house had air conditioning but we couldn’t find a heater. Cold mornings and evenings, but the kids didn’t mind it too much. The road to the property is a dirt road. Though well maintained, it’s a bumpy ride with a lot of dust. Expect a dirty car when you get home.Overall, 5 stars and a wonderful stay.
