We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 per pet fee.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★
This home is equipped with a doorbell camera, driveway camera, backyard camera that begin to record and monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home.

POOL/BACKYARD RULES.

The cost to heat the pool is $50 per day.

Pool/backyard hours opens at 10am, closes at 10pm.

Enjoy the Pool & Backyard area!

- Please shower with soap before you enter the pool.

- Please do not pee/urinate in the pool.

- Please enter and exit the pool slowly.

- Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.

- Please no diving, running, or horseplay.

- Please do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, or if you are ill.

- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

- No animals in the pool or around the pool area.

- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult.

- Toddlers must wear a swim diaper.

OUTDOOR TV
- You will find the outdoor TV on the back patio. Please do not have the volume higher than 40.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
- This is a smokeless fire pit, we do not provide firewood.
