Welcome to Commodore 303—an inviting Gulf-front condo on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This ideal location places guests within walking distance of local dining favorites, marinas, St. Andrews State Park, golf, and popular beachfront spots like Schooners. The resort faces the Gulf of Mexico on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” and offers a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, and a fire pit for relaxing evenings.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and a stunning private balcony with sweeping Gulf views—perfect for sunrise coffee, sunset dinners, and relaxing in the coastal breeze.

Beautiful Condo

My family of 4 spent our Spring Break here and enjoyed every minute. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with all necessities. The check-in process was seamless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Commodore is a great location for a family vacation. Staff are extra friendly and very helpful. We felt very safe and away from all the traffic. Very close to places to dine and grocery stores. Our car was damaged by paint while parked there and they came to us and had someone come and detail our car sitting right where it was. They went above and beyond to make it right. Best vacation spot on the beach! We love the Commode!!!!
