Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen designed for everyday cooking and longer stays. The home retains its classic charm while offering a comfortable, functional layout and cozy furnishings that make it easy to relax, work, or unwind.

Two bedrooms each offer queen beds and comfortable sleeping spaces, and high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workspace supports remote work or extended visits. One bathroom is located between the bedrooms, all on the main entry level of the home.

Laundry is available on site in the basement. Portions of the basement are reserved for owner storage; however, additional games and activities are also located there and can be made available to guests upon request. The garage door remains closed at all times for security and is secured/locked from the inside.

Outside, enjoy a spacious backyard with a swing set, offering a nice place to step out, stretch, or enjoy fresh air during your stay. The home is pet-friendly, and we appreciate thoughtful care of the space so it remains comfortable for all guests. The quiet neighborhood sits on a hill, providing added privacy and a peaceful setting; the incline is steep and worth noting for those planning walks or winter travel.

The home is carefully cleaned and prepared between each guest, and cleaning supplies are available for added peace of mind. We are local and always available if anything needs attention during your stay.

A Note About Our Historic Home: Built in 1929, our home is nearly 100 years old and sits on a steep hillside. While it has received many beautiful updates over the years, guests will still notice some of the character that comes with a home of its age and location, including areas with uneven or sloping floors and other signs of its long history.

We love this home and are continually investing in its restoration and improvement, working with local professionals to thoughtfully address projects as we go. Our goal is to preserve everything that makes this historic home special while continuing to improve it for our guests and for the day we eventually get to call it home ourselves.
