This house is strictly non-smoking (inside and outside) and pet-free. We cannot accommodate any animals, as the homeowners have severe pet allergies. Any violation of either of these rules will likely result in extra professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, for which we will of course have to pass the bill along to the offending guest.
