This vocation is perfect for so many reasons!! Listening to the ocean, best snorkeling 5 minutes north, stores/ restaurants 3 minutes from condo! It was peaceful and quiet at the condo.

The setting was perfect and the condo was very well furnished with comfy chairs, bed and bath. The lanai was a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the ocean.

Best view! Great sunsets & dolphins. Love the pools, pickleball and amenities of property. Condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful location. Great for two couples. Had everything we needed. A small cooler would be a great add!

Beatiful location

My wife and I had a fabulous time, spending 4 weeks in this well kept Condo. We have already booked for 2019.

Amazing Views

We came to Kona to relax for a week and did just that. The most amazing views - hardly left the patio. Comfortable beds and nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Beautiful property

We loved our week here. The condo has an incredible oceanfront location and is beautifully appointed. Every convenience is there for you. Comfortably beds, room showers, lovely furnishings, spacious lanai. The perfect location to explore HawIi.

Wonderful Condo

Beautiful and clean condo. Great location right on the ocean. Could not get enough of the pounding surf. Very well appointed condo, very clean, well stocked with necessary supplies. Very comfortable, especially the beds. Could not have rented a better place.

Beautiful oceanfront property

Ocean is about 50 feet from the lanai. Light open feel with many views from the living room. Home feel with amenities. Quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated home with an amazing view! We saw dolphins, whales, and flying fish from the lanai (bring binoculars for the best views). It’s the perfect spot for watching sunsets. We had some problems with the ice maker and washing machine, but issues were addressed promptly.

A Wonderful Getaway

Having traveled to the Big Island many times over the years, this property was by far the most enchanting. With its proximity to the surf as well as the pool, we never went out for a meal - choosing the waterfront lanai instead. The bedrooms were clean, the kitchen decently stocked with utensils etc., the decor was appropriately upscale Hawaiian. In a word, perfect.

Best place to stay on the island

Wonderful! Condo location is ideal, and the swimming pools are never busy since there’s so many. Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies and the little things like salt and pepper. Appreciated the beach chairs, extra towels, and boogie boards too. 2nd time in this unit, will definitely continue to book here. Very easy

Well maintained property. Maintenance took care of a repair very timely. Communication about the repair was great and with follow through. Clean spacious unit with a great view and well appointed kitchen. Grounds well maintained. Three pools to choose from but the Ocean pool was our favorite. Four different community grills available that were also clean and well cared for.

Crashing waves the whole time

When looking for a stay we had four adults that had different visions of a place to stay. This place met all of our requirements! The best perk of this place is the loud crashing waves that can be heard throughout the whole house. Th resort was quiet and often we had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves. The AC is locked at 74 degrees which was a bit warm for our taste.

Relaxing Sunrises and Vivid Sunsets

Our stay came and went too fast at this amazingly beautiful property. The unit is nicely decorated and furnished. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras. No need to stress over the little things from home you may think you need. It’s there. Coffee in the morning for sunrise and wine for sunsets in the lanai were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff on property were very helpful and polite. We were not ready to leave. Would certainly stay again at this property if given another chance to visit the Big Island. Mahalo

You can't beat the view

Our family stayed for week in July. We enjoyed the spacious condo, nice kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and lanai. We appreciated access to beach supplies (cooler and beach chairs). We spent time at the pools and walked on the trail behind the property and found a little black rock beach. Watching the sunset each evening from the lanai was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location was very close to the manta ray night snorkel and the a great snorkeling spot. Also, the shopping center nearby was a great advantage and we enjoyed the farmers market. While on the Big Island, we snorkeled at Kahulu'u beach park and beach 69. We enjoyed swimming at Spencer Beach. Also took some drives to Hawi, HVNP, Hilo, and watched the sunset from Mauna Kea. What a fantastic trip!

So very nice. Perfect location for looking from the lanai at the ocean just a few feet away. Nicely kept rooms. Spacious living room and dining area. Bathrooms were clean and included shampoo and conditioner, soaps, et al. Very quiet. Gated community setting. Several pools including oceanside and adult pools. Covered parking. Close to shopping. Kailua-Kona about 6-10 minutes. Only one problem. The oven didn't work. Not good for frozen pizza.

We would definitely stay again. Quiet, peaceful, clean, close proximity to grocery shopping, Captain Cook and excursions (you can walk to Manta Ray night excursion from condo instead of driving). View from lanai is a highlight.

A Big Disappointment

Beautiful setting, nicely furnished well landscaped and maintained grounds. Very noisy, "booming "surf(very loud especially at night. Upstairs tenants very noisy (sounded like a herd of elephants) Air conditioning equipment for upstairs unit located just outside bedroom window and sounded like a swarm of bees. If you want some peace and quiet this is nothe place to stay. Although there was some quiet in that the T V did not work four of the six days we were there. Overall, from my perspective I cannot recommend this unit and if I had to give it a grade I would say a D orC-- at the most. It was a big disappointment.

Love This Place!

It's hard to decide where to stay on vacation by pictures because we see so much more with our eyes. The unit was one of the best located near the soothing ocean waves. We had everything we could have needed and more. It was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen, room privacy and balcony were perfect. A/C kept us very comfortable and the complex offered 3 different pool locations. We look forward to the day we can return to this exact location.
