This condo features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and direct, unobstructed ocean views.

The open dining and lounge areas boast a wall-sized screened window that lets in the refreshing Caribbean breezes, while large windows throughout provide a steady cross-breeze. For added comfort, the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool night's sleep with the sound of the ocean just outside your window.

Guests staying in the condos enjoy full access to all Cottages by the Sea amenities, along with exclusive use of the on-site pool, beach, bicycles, kayaks, hammocks, private laundry facility, and grills.

We love the place, we have stayed on property several times and this was our 4th condo and it was by far the best one. Loved being up on the 3rd floor and having an amazing view. Everything was well done. Keep in mind you are staying in the Caribbean so salt water tends to wear on things. Internet can be spotty but we're not there for that, water access and snorkeling is some of the best on the island and the pier is within walking distance. Will stay again.

Peaceful Fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very lovely, views are amazing from the 3rd floor. Nicely appointed appliances. The bed is very comfortable. Snorkeling, paddle boarding or just hanging out at the pool. All fantastic! Excellent communication with host. We will be back!!

Views! Private! Quiet! Views!

This unit is a large one bedroom with a tremendous balcony looking over the beach and ocean (top floor). From my experience, this unit is unique in a couple of different ways. First, every room has a view. You can watch the sunset from your bedroom and in the morning watch the sunrise from your shower. It is also unique in that you have views out towards the water and out towards the other side of the condo(You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom, unlike other condos where you generally have windows on one side of the unit.). The water in front of the condo is some of the clearest that I have ever swam in or snorkel. The beach is very private and you can walk for miles on it, and at least in April, you rarely run across anybody. The unit provides snorkeling gear (the gear needs to be replaced), beach chairs, and coolers. The pool is in good condition and we were the only ones in it when we were there. If you are picky about having the latest and newest appliances and furniture, this unit shows some signs of usage and rust (rust is the result of being so open to the ocean). We will stay here again.
