Escape to this gorgeous apartment in picturesque Los Angeles. This soothing quiet retreat features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with a futon, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like our upper deck oasis, heating, AC, highspeed WiFi, and a washer/dryer on site. Relax in the tremendous comfort of this stylish space during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

What makes our VRBO unique is the shaded upper deck oasis with mountain views. A perfect spot to relax with a book or music and enjoy a drink, an LA smoke, or a provided coffee.

We are centrally located and a whisper away to many of LA’s major freeways and attractions including downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood, Crypto.com Arena, Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Observatory, Glendale and Burbank. This hilltop hideaway provides everything you need for short or long-term stays. Easy parking, complete kitchen, work space and beautiful VIEWS surrounded by lemon trees.

Pets are okay, and there's even a little relief area for them for your convenience.

There is a large park with a public swimming pool, basketball courts, workout area, tennis court, baseball field, playground, and open fields too just a short walk away.

With food you can't go wrong, authentic Mexican is all over Boyle Heights a 2 minute drive away, or the best Asian food in the city is near by in Monterrey Park and Alhambra, a 10 minute drive away. Taste the city from a central location!

Beautiful Home

Convenient location. Just as pictured. It can sleep 3 but the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable. It could extra blankets so that the 3rd person can actually have something to cover up with as well. Beyond that everything was great and I would most definitely opt to stay there again.

The stay itself was fine, and I stayed in the unit for almost two weeks. However, after checkout, the host contacted me claiming the unit was left in “bad condition” and attempted to charge extra fees.The photo the host provided as evidence shows a closet/storage area with a towel on the floor and items left in place. There is no damage, trash, or excessive mess shown—only normal turnover cleaning that would be expected after a multi-day stay. No cleaning service came to the unit during my stay.The host also accused me of taking shampoo and conditioner, which were simply used up during a two-week stay and discarded once empty.Unfortunately, this experience felt like an attempt to justify additional charges after checkout. Future guests should be aware and proceed with caution.

I booked this location mostly because of the view, but everything about it was perfect. There are 3 units in this space/lot, but you couldn’t tell. GREAT central location, we were 30-40 minutes from everything and the freeway was right there. I stayed in A which had the most incredible view facing towards parks from the living room, hills and dodgers stadium off in the distance. The apartment itself was cozy and really quiet, the neighborhood was also quiet and vibrant when need be, with families all around. Great food in the area with taco shops and order in options. The bathroom was stocked with feminine products, fresh towels, soap, even a hair dryer and hair dryer brush, and there was a brita water filter jar for filtered water.Kitchen was the perfect size, and everything was stocked. Ac worked incredible, there was a steamer in the closet with a suitcase rack, and extra pillows and blankets.Literally everything about this place was perfect! If you do stay here, get a small rental car because the streets are small, and parking can be a little tricky but you can park in front of the garage! Loved loved loved my stay, well worth the money and time.

Great Location for Day Trips

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location was perfect for day trips with easy access to highways. I went to the beach, Disneyland, Six Flags, Catalina Island, and Laguna. Every drive was an hour or less! Since I did day trips pretty much every day, it was nice to come “home” to a comfortable bed with soft sheets. I slept great here. Sam was very responsive when I had a question or need and got back to me ASAP.The house was comfortable, had cute decor, and had surprising touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, feminine products, blow dryer, steamer, and access to TV streaming services. Please note that there is not an oven, but there is a stovetop and microwave if you plan on cooking. My only upgrade recommendation for the owner is to replace the cooking pans and maybe get a silicone spatula. Also, I’m from a very flat area, so driving up the hill was a challenge at times as only one car can typically go up/down at a time. Parking was fine 9 out of the 10 nights I stayed here. It was tough one late evening. Just be careful. But, being on the hill was nice. I opened the windows each morning and had breakfast on the table looking out. It was beautiful to see the mountains in the background on a clear day! Perfect for a couple! 10/10 would recommend.
Catalina Express is 25 mins away at Long Beach.
Laguna Beach was a 1 hour drive and SO worth it.
The Getty Museum was about 40 mins away.
Santa Monica was about 35 mins.
