This was a great place to stay. Steps from the park and the shops and restaurants of plateau and had great amenities (in-unit laundry was a real plus, and amazing shower pressure). There was a mini-split in the living room, but we didn’t use it as the apartment stayed cool even though it was fairly warm and muggy outside. Great stay!

To begin, we loved the location of this spot. It's super convenient to the bus and is right next to Mount Royal Park, which was an absolute dream. It's also fairly convenient to the metro. The area felt safe during both the daytime and nighttime. The apartment definitely has thin walls, so it was pretty noisy from normal neighbor movement. We used a white noise machine, but for someone sensitive to noise, that may be an issue. The photos of the listing are definitely from when it was originally posted, and the apartment is now showing some wear (lots of nicks and dings, marks on the wall, worn towels, etc). The apartment feels like it's cleaned but not deep cleaned. Overall, the location made up for the deficiencies for us, but I think the other things are worth sharing.

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. The owner (Sam) was organized and kind and responded to our questions efficiently. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you Sam!

Comfy Montreal Stay

The property was nice and just what we needed, parking was easy to find on the block , very convenient location, in walking distance to food, the walls a bit thin so we did hear noisy neighbors above us and even loud talking and laughing ( until late at night) and also heard the heavy footsteps from people above, but would recommend overall

Everything was exactly as advertised. Host was attentive and quick to respond. No complaints. Great location. Lots of towels and linens. All I can suggest is possibly a mat for shoes and boots inside the door in the winter time and maybe some ice cube trays. 10/10 will return.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Plateau. The apartment was very clean, quiet at night, and the host was attentive and responsive to messages. With there being four of us, we appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is great, it is walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed Darling Bar, and Bagels etc. as well as the Old Montreal area. Such charming places! The pillows are quite interesting. Our group gave them mixed reviews; you may want to bring a softer pillow if you are particular about pillow firmness. Thanks for a great stay!

Travelling as a family of 4 and our first time to Montreal, Sam's place has provided us all the practical convenience and comfy stay experience. Parking and driving instructions can be tricky due to language barrier and Montreal's local rules. Sam and his wife had kindly checked on us throughout our stay with warm communications. Will certainly keep Sam's place top of our list if we'll revisit Montreal in the future

Cozy Apartment

Property was clean and two bathrooms in the unit was very convenient. We were in Montreal for our daughter's wedding and the location was central to activities. No issues finding parking and a Maxi grocery store was only two blocks away. Also a short walk to the best smoked meat at Schwartz's. Thank you.

Plateau Apt

We had a good stay, I would recommend this place. One small issue was just a little bit dirty, such as cobwebs in one bathroom and one shower didn’t seal properly so a bit of a mess to take a shower. But overall it was clean and what we needed.

My family of 5 (all adults) stayed in this wonderful rental. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate our needs. The rental was as advertisedand met our needs perfectly. The rental is in an incredibly vibrant community. We were in walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The unit has 2 showers. We found the beds and pillows to be very firm and very comfortable (which we all prefer). There is a fridge, stove and dishwasher. There is also a stacked washing machine and dryer. There is also a smart TV. Sam was a great host and all instructions for entry, various codes were easy to follow. My family highly recommends this property.

Apartment was clean and well apportioned. Traveling with two teenage boys it was nice having the second bathroom. As in previous reviews, both showers leaked. One was really bad as it was missing an entire bottom seal on the door. Construction out front of the building made dropping off difficult but was totally manageable and looked like it should wrap up fall of 2025. Parked in an underground lot about a 5 minute walk. Had space for my full sized pickup truck. Enjoyable 15 minute walk to the subway/metro station and some fantastic dining options. Overall I would recommend this place and would return on my next visit to Montreal.
