The additional charge was based on the number of occupants, not their ages. A discounted additional guest rate was offered as a courtesy and agreed upon before arrival. Unfortunately, the agreed-upon additional guest fee remained unpaid after checkout. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, I take guest feedback seriously. When you notified me of your concerns, I responded and arranged for additional cleaning to address the areas you mentioned. The property is cleaned between every stay, and I continue to work with my cleaning team to maintain a high standard. I was sorry to hear your child experienced allergy issues and hope he is doing well. I understand the importance of a comfortable environment for families. I would also like to note that after checkout, the property was left with multiple lights throughout the home left on and trash placed on the ground despite garbage bins being available outside. I appreciate feedback from guests and will continue working to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for future visitors.
