This stylish and contemporary villa, covering a total area of 425 m2 with a living space of 200 m2, sits only 150 m from the Adriatic Sea in a peaceful neighborhood.

The villa’s charm is in its large outdoor space. Guests can relax by the 30 m2 pool or enjoy the sun on comfy loungers. The outdoor area includes a grill with a dining table for 8 people, perfect for everyday meals.

Villa Island Gem comprises three floors, offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
The ground floor features a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The living room opens onto a seaview terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.

A staircase leads to the first floor which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a shared sea-view balcony.

On the second floor, the fifth bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be joined together. What distinguishes this floor is its terrace (40 m2), complete with a table and chairs. Additionally, there’s a jacuzzi where guests can relax and enjoy panoramic seaview.

Fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and a safe, Villa Island Gem offers a comfortable stay. Guests have access to facilities like an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, outdoor barbecue and an outdoor shower. For added convenience, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Additionally, the property offers five parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request, with an extra charge applied.
