When we had our son, we knew we wanted to give him the same experiences, so we found our perfect escape right here in Crystal River.

One of the things we love most about our condo is its prime location near Hunter Springs and Three Sisters Springs—two breathtaking spots in Crystal River. Whether you're looking to swim with manatees, kayak through crystal-clear waters, or simply soak in the natural beauty, everything is just minutes away.
Beyond the incredible surroundings, the condo community itself is warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel right at home. But our favorite part of each day is waking up in the morning, stepping out onto the balcony, and taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of nature—the gentle rustling of the trees, birds singing, and the occasional splash from the water. It's the perfect way to start the day in this little slice of paradise!

Kayakers and paddleboarders will love exploring the clear, spring-fed waters, where gentle manatees often glide beneath the surface.
The condo’s location also offers easy access to great dining, shopping, and local attractions, all while maintaining a quiet, peaceful environment. Whether you’re looking for a fresh seafood dinner, a guided fishing trip, or a scenic nature walk, everything is just a short drive or boat ride away.
Another thing that makes our condo special is its direct waterfront access. With a private dock just steps from the covered porch, you can bring your boat and set off on the water whenever you like. Even if you don’t have a boat, you can still fully embrace the waterfront lifestyle. We provide two inflatable paddleboards, a standard kayak, and a large paddleboard, giving you plenty of ways to get out on the water and explore.
