This inviting cozy condo is in the second of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails. No other location beats this condo's convenience: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Aspen East #211: Hearthstone Hideout is a one bedroom, one bathroom, second floor unit with 16 steps up from parking lot level. Its balcony offers a front-row seat to the ski slopes, bike park, and major fireworks shows (typically Brycefest Weekend/July 4 and New Years Eve), as well as a nice view of the mountains to the northwest.

It's a charming second floor condo with large stone wood-burning fireplace and stone accented walls the frame the fireplace. The living area has great view of the ski slopes. Dining is bar seating for four at the kitchen bar/counter. The huge bedroom as a king bed, and additional sleeping capacity is provided by a queen Murphy bed in living room area; it comfortably sleeps up to four. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities. The living room features comfy furnishings, and a smart TV. The bedroom also includes a smart TV. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms, with a jetted Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after the day's adventures.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

Firewood is available for purchase at the Kiosk in our office parking lot (2565 Orkney Grade), the Basye Community Store, and a variety of other nearby roadside stands.

High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 300mbps -- perfect for working, streaming, and gaming.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police. Please be mindful of noise and your neighbors - residents and guests come to Bryce Resort to get away from the noise!

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park.
