Please note that this unit is part of an apartment complex, and all VRBO units are located on the first floor for guest convenience and accessibility.

Because of this, there are long-term residents living above you, often with children. Noise levels can vary — kids may be at school during the day, home on weekends, or sometimes home full-time. You may also hear barking dogs or general apartment noise from time to time.

We’ve provided a white noise machine and earplugs in the unit for your comfort.

If the noise becomes excessive and you can identify which apartment it’s coming from (for example, directly above you), please let the office know. Or I’ll contact the main office to report it on your behalf.

You may also reach out to the apartment office directly during normal business hours (7 days a week).

If the disturbance occurs at night, please visit or call the office the next day — they will follow up with the tenants and address the issue.

Just a quick reminder: we are guests of this apartment community, and all other residents are long-term tenants. Our unit is one of only two short-term rentals in the entire complex, so your courtesy and understanding are greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. It was so close to Legoland, I don’t think we could have been closer unless we stayed on property. Stephen was very accommodating and helpful the length of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed playing with the legos in the kids room, and the board games in the living room. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment was very clean and kid friendly. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with everything you could need from games to kitchen supplies. The host was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We loved the pool and playground as well. Would definitely say again, close to plenty of things!

This was a perfect place for our family. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Located between Tampa and Orlando we there were many options as well as the cute town of Winter Haven. Stephen was friendly and responded to any questions immediately. We would stay here anytime we are in the area!

This was the PERFECT place to stay with my family for a weekend at Legoland. There was just the right amount of lego detail in the apartment to thrill the kids but not so much to overwhelm me (the adult). It felt very safe, very welcoming, and so so cozy. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we can't think of anything that we would change or improve. If you're on the fence, just book it. You will not regret staying here.

Great place for a stay close to LEGOLAND. Better than the pictures. The bunk bed is a double which made for lots of sleeping space. This place is fully stocked with more than you think and kid focused, shampoo, laundry with detergent, pack and play, high chair, towels, kitchen supplies.. you name it. The kids loved the playground and pool. There’s a lot of cute Lego touches and lots of toys for the kiddos. 10/10 far exceeded our expectations!

Excellent family getaway to legoland

We stayed here for the weekend and visited legoland. It is so convenient and a large apartment with amenities that we enjoyed. We intend to stay here again and loved it more than the pirate and legoland hotels! The host was welcoming and helpful!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The home was exactly as described - clean, well -stocked and very comfortable. The host was very communicative and made check-in and check-out very easy. We had a bit of a miscommunication checking in, fortunately the host was very accessible and accommodating and everything was sorted out quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and ideally located just minutes from Legoland. Our kids especially enjoyed the Lego-themed room, which added a fun touch to the trip. Perfect Stay

This was such a great place to stay. Very clean, very comfortable, safe, with everything we could need. Host is gracious and communicative. We were visiting family, but the location can't be beat for Legoland, restaurants, etc. A bonus was the first floor ease of accessibility. Would definitely stay again.

Legoland perfection

We spent the weekend in Legoland for our first time and this was the perfect location. 5 minutes from the park, lots of food options close and we brought a few groceries to make light meals and had everything we needed in the condo. My kids loved the Lego table and board game options. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy.

This property’s location is amazing, just 5 minutes or less from Legoland and Peppa Pig. The property itself is a new construction, everything is clean, well maintained and gorgeous, with plenty to do around. The unit is beautiful and very well equipped. Very special home

This residence is perfectly located close to Legoland and shopping. It is beautifully decorated with especially thoughtful amenities for kids. My grandsons are Lego crazy and the entire bedroom has a Lego theme, comfortable sleeping and special toys. Even though this residence is located in a rather large community, it was very peaceful and quiet. The unit is well stocked. There were plenty of linens and towels and even a wonderful selection of plasticware for young children. The owner was extremely responsive and very kind. We highly recommend this unit.
