Welcome to ‘Paradise Found’!

Sweet and charming, this lovely beach cottage is located across the street from the beach with a convenient sandy beach path. The open living area is designed for fun and entertainment with a 55” TV, DVD player, and book library for a relaxing poolside read. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for family dinners or late-night snacks and for those moments when work calls during your vacation, you can tackle tasks at the convenient work desk that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Revel in pink and orange sunsets from the northside sundeck where you can also grill up your favorite meals on the convenient propane grill.

With 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll find space to unwind while still sharing an intimate space with family. 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with comfy king beds and TVs, while the 4th features two convenient bunk beds for extra guests or the kiddos. Up to 2 small dogs under 35lbs allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

Take in stunning beach views from the comfort of the covered and furnished deck, which overlooks your very own private swimming pool—complete with a pool heater or chiller for an additional fee of $400 + tax.

Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, bonus park-style charcoal grill and covered parking. Located in a golf cart friendly neighborhood near the bicycle path and close to town center.

Beach access is less than a 2-minute walk from the property via a sandy beach path located just across the street from the property.

The house is perfect, well stocked, and clean. You cannot beat the location! A very short, easy walk to the beach and in an area that isn’t crowded. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Found was the perfect location to town and the beach! My family had a great time at this lovely beach house. The pool was nice, there were lots of games, and we enjoyed using the upgraded grill off deck. Forgotten Shores was great! A chair leg and pool umbrella was broken when we arrived and maintenance came immediately to replace... My only suggestion would be to replace some of dated appliances soon.

The house has pretty much everything you could want for a vacation. Things that weren't listed but are included were a very nice ninja blender, curling iron, blow dryer, alarm clocks, and several beach chairs and toys for kids. The property management company was exceptional to work with! They took care of every question and need and were super friendly and personal the entire time The view from the deck is perfect. There are plenty of options inside the home with towels, pillows, beds of various firmness which made it comfortable and cozy. We will definitely look at this property and/or others that are managed by forgotten shores in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house for our annual beach vacation! It was our first time to SGI and we really lucked out with this house. You can see the ocean from the front porch! The pool was absolutely perfect for our kids every afternoon. The house is beautifully updated and has a good amount of space for 10 people. Only downside was having only 2 bathrooms because our 2 year old slept in one of them every night so all adults had to use one bathroom. Regardless, we will definitely stay here again!
