THE BUILDINGS
This listing gives your group use of our gorgeous lakefront retreat center. Your rental includes the Great Room and 3 suites, which are in standalone buildings just steps from each other. Please message for floor plans.

PRIVACY & POLICIES
- Staff may be onsite performing farm, ranch, and landscaping work around the property and buildings. We will always do our best to respect your privacy.
- This is a discounted listing for a 10,000 ft² facility. You’ll have full privacy in all sleeping areas and primary living spaces. The sun porch and Event Room may be used by staff or other scheduled groups. For exclusive access, please ask about our sister listing where you can book the facility at its full rate.
- Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM.
- No parties without pre-approval.
- Rental agreement required (you’ll receive a link after booking)
- We treat & maintain buildings to reduce bugs, but this is the countryside – no refunds for pests
- Check-in: After 4PM – Check-out: Before 11AM. Early check-in/late checkout available for a fee (if schedule allows)

Please remember to communicate these “Ranch Rules” to your guests:
- Hot tub: Cover & buckle after use (or it gets gross)
- Doors & A/C: Keep doors closed when running A/C to avoid breaking it
- Pool: No glass in pool area
- No driving on the grass, it can damage irrigation & septic
- Garbage bags go in bins! (or critters get into them)
- Respect the property: Please treat the place like it’s your own
