This enchanting farmhouse in Diana offers something for the entire family and has enough to offer you may not leave the property during your stay! - we have tons of activies and amenities!!!

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT CENTER - enjoy the outdoors and never miss a game again - our 83" LED Smart TV can be viewed from the outdoor kitchen/grill, the 8 person hot tub with LED lights and built in bluetooth speakers, and the lighted pool - we have seating for an entire party!!!! Property features a custom outdoor kitchen area with natural gas grill and flat top griddle - get to cookin' cuz you will never run out of charcoal or propane here.

Features 3 cozy, well-appointed bedrooms - Master with a king size bed, another with a bunk bed setup, and the last with a queen bed - features 2 fully stocked luxury bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and custom tiled showers, sure to make you feel right at home and comfortable in your travels or stay-cation. The living room provides an additional sleeping space with a queen bed.

FISH POND - our stocked pond has a covered and lighted gazebo and fish feeder - the pond is full of catfish, sunfish and bream - and we have paddle boats for guests use - just don't forget your fishing rods and gear.

ENJOY sunrises or sunsets beside the outdoor fire pit overlooking the pool, pond and back pasture where deer and longhorn cattle or goats can be seen crossing through or just sit back over the campfire with a cold drink and roast some marshmallows for the kids.

We have washer boards and tons of ever-changing outdoor games, load up the kids and come on!!

This marvelous retreat is the perfect spot for your family getaway. Everything was perfect. Family had a great time. They loved seeing the longhorns just outside the fence of the pool. Wonderful time.

Wonderful property! Everything was clean, fresh and welcoming. Fully functional kitchen and dining areas with ample space. The primary bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom and shower very nice. The property is beautiful and private. We did not use the pool, but it was very nice. We will look forward to enjoying the pool area and outdoor kitchen on our next stay. We will definitely be back.

Lovely inviting home in the warm country. A great way to celebrate our daughter's graduation with close friends and family. We appreciated the extra touches of pool towels, makeup rags, toothbrush, razor, and face mask even though we did not use all these items it was very thoughtful. Everyone enjoyed the sparkling pool and hot tub with no issues and the extra outside trashcan helped keep foot traffic down inside and keep the outside clean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property. It’s a charming escape that’s conveniently close to home.We are giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to a couple of unexpected interruptions. First, yard maintenance arrived at 8:00 a.m. while we were cooking breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, and we had to move inside while the weed eating was completed.More concerning, however, was a visit from two individuals at 10:40 p.m. They were simply bringing the trash cans in from the road, but given how private and secluded the property is, it was unsettling to step outside in our pajamas and find two unfamiliar people near our vehicles without prior notice.Additionally, the property appears to be a bit more overgrown than depicted in the listing photos. That said, we still made the best of our stay and enjoyed the peaceful setting overall.

Fantastic Family Weekend

Such a charming farmhouse getaway!! We spent most of our time poolside which was breezy & sunny for most of the daylight hours. The pool is very clean & clear with fountains and lights that added a nice ambience to our view and serenity. I loved the 2 sunken pool chairs nestled between fountains on the pool deck. There are 4 sunning chairs with tables and umbrellas all around the pool/patio area & added seating around the outdoor fire pit. All the patio furniture is in excellent condition and clean as pictured. Ceiling fans keep the patio area comfortable. Our family enjoyed the griddle-perfect for bacon and pancakes. We even had a spectacular hibachi grill meal laughing with our son as the griddle master. We brought our own seasonings and flat griddle tools, however there is a stocked spice pantry w/ tools provided. We brought baggies & paper towels- both were provided onsite. Both plastic and paper products are available. Plenty of cleaning/dishwashing detergents. The laundry facilities are spectacular and fully stocked. Shower items are provided. Thankfully, door dash does come out to the farm. Items we needed:•pool floaties •pool towels •ice I’d recommend grabbing a bag of ice. The ice maker didn’t have ice when we arrived & made a limited amount (maybe 3 cups), but the freezer is quite large so we froze water bottles and body armor. Property manager, Kyle, was prompt with any needs & made our stay comfortable! 5 from our family. Thanks Mayden Farms

The property is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The pool is amazing, and the outdoor living area is a fantastic place to relax. The large TV is a great feature, and it's even visible from the pool, making it perfect for entertaining.Inside, the home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, from cooking essentials to bathroom necessities. The FarmHouse Fresh soaps and lotions were a wonderful touch and made our stay feel even more welcoming.The gazebo by the pond was one of our favorite spots. Seeing all the animals—including the pigs, goats, ducks, and longhorns—made the experience unique and enjoyableThere were a few minor issues during our stay. The outdoor grill had a strong odor, and after giving it a thorough cleaning, we found that the grease trap needed to be emptied. On our last day, the dishwasher stopped working after a power surge. We were also trying to turn on the pool light and accidentally switched off the waterfall since the light and waterfall switches are next to each other. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the waterfall running again afterward.Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. The property is truly beautiful and offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

This property was not as listed, especially the outdoor kitchen area & pool area. When we arrived we found what we later learned was duck poop all around the pool & in the pool. When I went to use the gas grill, it was completely rusted out & broken. I took pictures & immediately attempted to contact the property manager, but turns out the number for the property manager had been disconnected. So I contacted the host through VRBO & requested a call-back. when the host called me back, advised him of everything I had found relating to the gas grill, the poop all around & in the pool, & that I could not reach the property manager. after the phone conversation the host texted me and asked for pictures, which I sent. After he saw the pictures he texted me back saying that the PREVIOUS guests had used charcoal in the gas grill. The pond, gazebo & surrounding area is also not as advertised. There is 1 paddle boat that is full of water, the gazebo has weeds growing all through it, & the field around the pond & gazebo is overgrown with weeds. There are no chickens, & the chicken coop is completely overgrown with weeds.

Great location for a family gathering near Longview. The outdoor grill was perfect to cook burgers. The efficient indoor kitchen and wonderful serving bar were perfect to serve lunch to our extended family. The large selection of serving pieces and appliances allowed for easy entertaining. There was a variety of farm animals on the property to enjoy. We also observed a wild birds and a skunk at dusk in the pasture, The home’s decor is decorated in a French country style and is comfy. The ducks did like to swim in the pool and got messy on the porch. There was a water hose we had to use to clean up the mess. The host was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.The main bedroom had an extremely soft mattress on the king bed. The linens were quality. The 2nd king mattress was medium firm.
