We stayed here previously a few years ago so we knew what to expect. We like the fact that there's no neighbors near us and a very quiet neighborhood. One thing we would suggest is provide more cooking pans and microwavable bowls, etc. Other than that, we have no complaints.

great location, love the property

Stayed at this property on a tubing trip with a few friends for my husbands birthday. The place was perfect, accommodations were clean, convenient to tubing and about 25 minutes to downtown ocala. The firepit and grill were convenient to have also. Great getaway from the city. Would stay here again.

Tubing on Rainbow River

Perfect place to stay. Cindy so helpful, After tubing a night of s’mores around fire pit. Great place and fantastic local. Will be back!!!

Yes . If you're not into The Bohemian style it might not be your cup of tea. I found it excuisit and the decor was adorable. Very happy and wished I had more than a partial day.

Great time in Horese Country

Quiet and comfy

When we walked in the home it smelled clean and amazing! The entire place was clean and they had everything we needed! We were very comfortable while there and it was very kid friendly! Thank you!

Super accommodating

Needed a place to stay until my fiancé and I closed on a house and the closing got pushed back a couple time. Cyndi was fantastic and was a huge help!

Excellent Communication and accomodations

Property owner very communicative and eager to please. Quiet property just off the beaten path. Shockingly excellent water quality. People and pets highly recommend.

The place had a funky smell ac did not work properly one of the beds smelt urine you can tell that they allow dogs because of the smell. When we arrived, there was baby diaper and cans in the fire pit. The one thing that was nice was the outside shower.

First of all, it looked like you were driving into a dump until you got inside the gate and all the surrounding area was grown up smelt like something dead in the woods then the porch is so high up with so many steps that you fall into the door and then you got into the trailer and it smelled like house of dogs so to begin with we had to clean the place up before we could even unpack our stuff and never got to watch TV because we can never get the TVs to come on so we spent a week with no TV and most of the time outside and no trash bags for the garbage so if you have any garbage, you have to burn it Outside in the fire pit it could be a beautiful place if somebody would clean up around there and maybe we need some. It’s not a place you would want to invite guest to because it looks terrible and the trailer needs to be fresh rewards because it’s got green mold all over it so coming from Arkansas after so many hours it was a very disappointing at the place and look nothing like the picture. And especially not on the river like it sounded like it was I saw you had to take your own paper towels and toilet paper because there was none in there as well. Like I said that no garbage bags also the middle room needs a new mattress on the bed or else you sleep on spring.

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of city life, we could hear the bugs chirping at night and see every star in the sky—just like a visit to Grandma's house. This country girl felt right at home, surrounded by all the rustic charm I remember from childhood. The peace and quiet were exactly what we needed, offering a perfect escape to recharge. While the house has that lived-in, homey feel, it’s the privacy and serenity that truly steal the show. If you’re after a tucked-away retreat, this place is for you.

Nice fire pit. Plenty of outdoor chairs. Plenty of clean towels. TV/or DVD players were missing cords or non operational. Internet was sketchy and security system consisted of outside cameras that were non accessible. Nice size fridge.

There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. Also we arrived around 1:30am after driving in and the sprinklers were blasting directly onto the lock box and the front porch, not exactly the welcome we were looking for. But, it was pet friendly and affordable, so all in all it was Ok for us.

Hi Susan. I apologize for the misses during your stay. We strive for perfection but sometimes factors beyond our control prevent that. I suffered a near fatal asthma attack on 12/11 and spent 8 days in a coma. My daughter who knows very little about moms Airbnb was juggling an overwhelming load. Aa bad things tend to come at the least convenient time my Cleaners 14 yr old nephew was In a bad accident and comatose in critical condition at the same time. It sounds like she left before the linens dried and intended to come back to make the beds as she sometimes does but didn’t make it. The cigarette odor. I can’t explain as it is a nonsmoking home and none of us smoke. I always appreciate and ask guests to Reach out to us and let us correct an issue instead of posting it in a poor Review. We’re not a corporation with a crew of staff, just regular families trying to make vacation affordable by doing the work ourselves. A normal day can turn into chaos for any of us at any time - it’s part of being human. Thank you again for being our guest.

There is zero mold on our property, inside or outside. You/re apparently unfamiliar with the airborne algae that tinges vinyl siding in rural, wooded areas, and is harmless. I pressure wash seasonally to keep it at bay. You should at least be accurate if you intend to trash a host's place with a 1 star rating . . .

Exactly as advertised

We had a group scuba diving rainbow river and devils den. This was a very affordable and close option. The futon was honestly the only downside. Both beds were memory foam and comfortable. We decided to sleep on the couch instead of the futon and it was fine. The Keurig worked so i was happy. You can tell they are trying to fix up the place and make improvements. The owner was very prompt to communicate and it's exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and loved the diving. Would recommend.
