The location is awesome...quiet street on the river where we saw a dolphin, lots of birds and a few boats motor by.

Charming little place, conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants, ideal for a couple. Decor is quite lovely, artfully coordinated. Well-equipped kitchen, good appliances. Would be nicer with some sort of dining table, perhaps just a small folding one and some folding chairs that could easily be stored in the surprisingly large walk-in closet off the bathroom.

Great location and cute property. Only thing is the walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors. Bed is also a bit small (full size vs queen). Saw lots of wildlife including a manatee right outside the front door. Would stay again

Was a great location and nice space. Just a squeaky bed, shower didn’t get very hot and was missing a few items like extra towels and wine opener. Overall a good value for your money though

I enjoyed my stay very much and appreciated how easy it was to walk to the beach. Having a small deck with a few rocking chairs in the shade was nice in the morning; I could enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the lizards play.

Nice quiet neighborhood. My husband and I seen a manatee while sitting on the porch drinking coffee. Overall wonderful place for our Cocoa Beach stop!

It was very cute. Very clean. Nice little fishing spot. Close to restaurants. Quite area. Bed was comfortable. Shower was spacious ! Bathroom big and big walk in closet. Hangers available to hang your stuff. Big fridge. Great for a couples get away. Definitely would stay there again!

Loved it !

The bungalow was exactly as pictured ! Clean and cute , just big enough for a couple. Loved the location on the canal very quiet and peaceful and close to downtown.

Perfect

Cozy and Clean! A quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Relaxing in the rocking chairs on the canal. Beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Everything you need is provided... a perfect getaway place to stay!

Lovely interior and perfect location! I walked to downtown Cocoa beach and road my bike to a race at the aquatic center. The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to find access information. I recommend adding “Vrbo”, the booking number, and/or the address in the body or title of the email. 2) The property shares a poorly sealed wall with a laundry room with the attached larger rental house. I needed to get up early for a race and the other renters started their laundry at 10pm. This was past the quiet hours listed in the emailed PDF, so I would have appreciated if this was made more explicit or the doors to that shared room had better sound protection.

Cute cottage, but Not for Long Stays

The cottage is charming and worked fine for a quick one-night stay. However, it's directly connected to the main house with only a thin wall separating the spaces, you can hear just about everything, so privacy is very limited. It was also a bit confusing to find, as the entrance is tucked away behind the main house with no clear signage or path. That said, it’s a budget-friendly option if you just need a place to sleep for the night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.
