The condo is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and I have no complaints about the any of it. It was roomy and an overall good stay. However, as a previous guest mentioned, the location is deceiving. They could have done a much job explaining their locality. Standing in the living room and pulling up Google Maps on an earlier Sunday morning, (so no traffic) this is what it says: Santa Monica Pier, 4.5 miles, 16 min car ride, 1hr 40 min walk. Venice Beach Boardwalk, 2.9 miles. That is a 11 min car ride and 1hr 1 min walk. The closest amenity that is touristy is the Fisherman's Village, but the condo itself is a few streets back from the Harbor. Yes, everything is a short Uber away, but walking, not so much. I only put this out there so other guest can plan accordingly.

Perfect accommodations for family of four adults

Very clean condo located in a very nice and secure building. Owners were very responsive. Garage parking was a big plus.

This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very roomy, very clean, and perfectly convenient for our stay in southern California. The host's communication was excellent and very accommodating. The location is outside the marina area and very convenient to grocery and restaurants. Also quick access to/from LAX.

We loved everything about this apartment and stay. The host met us at the gas station next door and taught us how to use the key fobs, showed us the parking spots and explained everything inside. We found the apartment very spacious and comfortable. We loved that they had a pool, hot tub and sauna. We found it very convenient to all the sites- anywhere that we wanted to go. The hosts were very responsive and when we asked for additional kitchen items and extra blankets, they provided the requested items in a timely fashion. I would truly recommend this place. It is very clean, comfortable and modern.

Misleading info on location of property

Misleading info on location of property and distance from beach. When picking a house for our family beach weekend with the grandkids, I picked this one because it said 10 minute walk to Venice beach. And the map showed it located on the marina where the kids could enjoy watching the boats. However this is far from what we got. The property is not located on the marina and is a 15 minute DRIVE to Venice beach. When i asked the host about this i was told it was a glitch in the system when pinning the property. Something they knew about and didnt convey to me when i was booking this property. And still they listed it as a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was nice, clean and fit our needs( except for being close to the beach, which is the whole reason we came).However a couple more things to consider about this property is that the traffic noise is very, very loud inside the apartment and the air-conditioning wasn't cooling the apartment.

Beautiful and clean with plenty of room to gather. Loved the size of the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms! Close to the beach as well as fast food, grocery stores and the airport. Kitchen and laundry facilities were top notch. An amazing place to end our family vacation!

Condo is nice/clean, price/location ok. Soft sheets/pillows. But was a stressful experience. No access to check in VIDEO until AFTER I figured it all out myself. Video not in portal, they sent me link - THEN it showed up, too late.Gave me wrong parking space #(nasty note left on my car bc of it), Incorrect direction to lockbox location. A/c broken & broken key fob for garage gate, but both fixed quickly & much appreciated. The workers, Marcos & David were EXCELLENT! Interior doors lock you out easily (i used hairpin to pop lock).Things not reported bc got tired of having to communicate about problems every day of my vacation: very slow tub drain, washer hard to work, king bed very uneven/uncomfortable, air cond auto-turned temp up to 80s overnight (no way to change setting), main patio door sticks - extremely hard to open - thought we were locked out once but finally got it.*IMPORTANT: exterior doors do not lock unless you turn the deadbolt open & shut while door open and then shut it (this NEEDS to be in the instructions!). Our doors were unlocked while we were out numerous times! Host was difficult to communicate with until I got VRBO involved and then they were good. Although sometimes didn’t read my message, just gave rote reply "read your check in instructions", etc. Which of course I did very thoroughly before I even messaged them. On our last day, there was urine in the elevator. Certainly not host fault, but still awful. Didn’t use pool. Kitchen very nice.
