Rummelig 3 soveværelser / 2 bad enhed i lavdensitets kompleks er beliggende i hjertet af Gulf tilbyder Gulf & Little Lagoon Views !! Den store balkon med siddepladser er tilgængelig fra stuen og soveværelset.

Stuen har en sovesofa, 2 komfortable sidestole og et fladskærms-tv. Ved siden af stuen er køkken og spiseplads. Køkkenet er fyldt med alt hvad du behøver for et hjemmelavet måltid eller en snack på vej til stranden. Spisepladsen har et bord med plads til 6 og tilstødende siddepladser med fire barstole i baren.

Det store soveværelse har en king size seng med brystet, rigelig skabsplads og tv. Det private mesterbad har en stående bruser og have badekar med masser af skabsplads. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng med kommode og rigelig skabsplads. Soveværelse tre, eller Kids Nook, tilbyder en to Twin over Twin køjesenge og et kommode.

Selvom Spinnaker Pointe ligger lige over gaden fra stranden, er der ingen adgang til stranden direkte på tværs af gaden. Adgang til stranden ligger i øst cirka 2 blokke og er en offentlig adgang med en crosswalk, parkering, hvis du beslutter at køre, og offentlige toiletter.

Område Attraktioner tæt ved er: Waterville USA, minigolf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall og Pinnacle Shopping Center. Også i nærheden er eksklusive golfbaner.

Spinnaker Pointe er centralt beliggende mellem Mobile og Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos er kun to timer væk!

Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Gulf Shores rental

One of the main things that stopped me from giving full stars was that the unit was not cleaned well at all. There were food crumbs on the counter by the fridge, food in one of the dining room chairs, under the couch bed was filthy with trash and other things and the master bedroom had a bottle cap and paper under it. If you are outsourcing the cleaning, you may want to hire someone else who will actually clean the unit! Also, the BBQ grill that was listed in the add needs to be better explained since we brought food to be cooked on a grill thinking it was included right with our unit, only to find out it was a shared one no where near our unit. The unit was a great size for the family we brought and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Wonderful Stay!

It was our family’s first trip to Gulf Shores and we couldn’t of had a better time. We loved the location of the property. Right around the corner from everything! Our unit was beautiful just as described and we had 0 complaints! We hope to visit again soon!

Great place! Very comfortable and close to the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very easy to book and the property manager was very helpful. They also let us check in a few hours earlier. Proximity to the beach was great (right across the street). We had one small appliance issue and the property manager had someone come fix it early the next day. Great place. Recommended.

Cute place!

Very cute place. Not too far from the public beach access. Did find a water bottle and some food under the coffee table the first night. So that wasn’t cleaned great but everything else was very clean!

Great stay!

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star are the steps to get to the room. Two huge flight of stairs were definitely not ideal to go up and down multiple times a day. Anyone with handicap needs wouldn’t be able to stay here.

Nice rental- but no beach access

Pool is much smaller than expected. Walk across very busy street quite dangerous. No beach access was a big problem for us. Property/duplex 4B spacious, clean. Keys to unit frequently didn’t work- combo lock, like that at 4A would be more appropriate.

Very nice

The place was very large, very comfortable beds. Everything in place to cook on location and enjoy. Just a few blocks from public beach access and a grocery store right next door. It was also quiet at night, even though, there is a community pool next door. Only suggestion is that there wasn't any soap, sponges, or cleaning utensils available in the kitchen to clean dishes in sink, and only one or two garbage bags. For the price, I think they could include several garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, miniature shampoos, etc. Other than that place was very clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Great deck on the back porch.

Don’t worry, beach happy!

The room was really nice. It’s on the third story, and when you sit on the back porch, you can see the ocean waves. I wish I could live here all the time. I just want anybody else to know that the management company is super great. We had a couple tiny issues and they handled it right away. I highly recommend this place to anybody who’s interested in staying in the gulf Shores. The towels were perfect. The beds were amazing and this place had everything you would ever think you might need. We even found a flower sifter in the cabinets. The people who manage this place are amazing. It’s pretty soundproof when all the doors and windows are shut. Downstairs in the little room where you park your car there’s tons of stuff to play with on the beach. This is the most incredible place the wife and I have ever stayed.

Going on a Crab hunt

We enjoyed the home and decor. Location is within close walking distance to various restaurants, bars, groceries, and gift shops. The beach access only a block away. Beds and room temps comfortable. Management promptly responded to unique issues that occurred with sink stopper and vent. While we lost access to part of the balcony due to preparing for some renovation we were able to work around it. Unfortunately with children that meant stop using the balcony during hours they were awake because there were large glass windows on the floor. The view was relaxing in the morning and early evening. Toys and a cart for beach were available at the unit. My only wish would be some form of convenience to get luggage and groceries up the stairs. A pully lift of some sort or elevator. Pack lite! Order delivery.

Need to upgrade management with a knowledge of customer service and communication

I booked this property for two families to stay close to the USAV beach competition for our national athletes to compete in Gulfshores. The regular email correspondence went well in the beginning and I received and email that specifically stated send a picture of your ID and we will send check in details. That’s it! In the same days time I sent a picture of my ID and didn’t worry about it. Apparently there is some kind of agreement sent similar to DocuSign that I was unaware of sent from an external email from this Luna Properties as a rental agreement that was sent to my junk mail that I do not check on a regular basis. Then then Luna property manager Terri starts sending very passive aggressive emails at the 11th hour about this agreement that I never saw. This is now 24 hours before we check in, I’m driving across 3 states and find the email with the document and sign it. I didn’t know the document didn’t go through. The next conversation that was had was over the phone which I also recorded of this manager berating us as we are trying to check in and acting extremely nasty. I’ve never in my life encountered someone who can’t just do the job they are hired to do and calmly let me know what was wrong. We had no intention of spending over 1k on a property and not do the right thing. She was so ugly about it our daughter started crying because it was stressing even her out. Gaslighting us and not even taking responsibility for her horrible behavior I can say this management will ruin the reputation of this rental facility. When people who pay money for a service are treated poorly that does cause them to focus on what was wrong with the property. Like not having soap. And then ants in the kitchen coming up from behind the sink faucet and again the management was not believing us until we sent photos. If there was soap to clean the counter the ants might not show up. I think that’s a bit of karma at the end of the day. It’s unfortunate I had to leave a bad review but having a 20 year background in customer service I refuse to let someone like Terri make the good people look bad. Might need to find new management.

Overall Great Stay!

The vrbo itself was very nice, close to restaurants and the beach. The pool was nice and clean! i would definitely recommend. It is very spacious and the amenities were great. The cleanliness of the vebo could have been better. We found a kids toy in a bedroom, a sock, and food under the table upon arrival. The balcony door in the main bedroom also did not open. All minor issues that did not impact our stay but just a few things to be noted. Communication during our stay was not necessary but had issues getting in touch with the agent at the time of booking.
