The house was so adorable! It is older and the furnishings complimented that era. It was fun to be able to walk around and find restaurants and shops without driving. The back yard was charming and the string lights added ambiance to the setting. We fixed S'mores one night and used the grill for a birthday dinner. The basement was another living room and it added privacy. It was fun and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Charming house in a great location. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms provided good separation for my friend and me, and the bathrooms were nice and well stocked too. Great and attentive owner. I'd definitely stay here again!

Outstanding property in an excellent location. Spacious, clean, cute and welcoming. 5 adults and we had a great stay. Spaces to relax and visit, comfortable bedrooms, nice outdoor deck and yard. And only 1-block from the beginning of Olde Town; which was chock-full of super shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. So much fun just ambling the nearby streets and so much to do there. Only 4 blocks from the train stop, so very convenient to the rest of Denver area, which we also visited easily. Excellent place, will use for future Denver trips as get the best of both "small town" and "big city" worlds.

We have literally never stayed in a rental so suited for our family. It actually could not have been more perfect! They not only had a pack n play, but also a floor bed in the closet. They had tons of extra sheets, pillows, condiments, snacks, etc. We had an unfortunate incident with the glass shower door downstairs, and they promptly came to clean up the mess and check on us. We felt absolutely horrible, and they just handled it with so much grace and care. They even left some treats behind after fixing up the bathroom! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and left the bathroom looking amazing after the fix. The toys and games were so much fun, and you can’t beat the location! My kids had a total blast! They were also ready with information on local sights and activities. My only regret is we forgot to sign the guest book because the pen didn’t work. We would absolutely stay at this rental again next time we come!

Great stay…walking distance to a really nice part of town with great restaurants and stores.Communication could not have been better. Everything was very comfortable and organized.
