Ride 2 Golf Carts to the Beach, 3 Bedroom Home in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

Welcome to the Beach Bunkhouse which is a 3 bedroom & 2 bath home located in the Villages of Linkside within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The property sits on a portion of the peninsula that is 1 mile wide. This home is 1/4 mile from the bay and 3/4 mile from the beautiful Emerald Coast sands. The Beach Bunkhouse is a freshly updated 1200 square foot home sitting on the Links Golf Club.  We have taken great care in providing our guests with many amenities and luxuries that should be expected in a luxury beach home!

The beautiful emerald waters of the beach of the Gulf of America is only a 1.5 mile golf cart ride on private roads.  There is no need to get your car sandy, just take either of our EZGO golf carts (6 Seater and 4 Seater). This home offers access to Sandestin’s private beach. The Sandestin Beach Club offers chair set ups, activities and snacks/drinks for a fee.  To help save some of your hard earned money our house provides: 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys (for the littles) and 6 beach towels!  

The home was remodeled to feature an open floor plan.  The living area with a 75 inch Samsung TV and the beautiful kitchen/dining area are perfect for families to gather.  This home includes ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people.  Our patio features a new large dining table with 6 chairs and a gas grill.  Enjoy the views of the shaded greenbelt while you have breakfast outside.

The master bedroom features an en suite with a bidet, shower and double vanity.  It is a large bedroom with a 65 inch Samsung TV and new king size memory foam mattress. There is a large slider door to the back patio and blackout curtains.

The guest bedroom features a new king memory foam mattress and a 65 inch Samsung TV. There are also blackout curtains on the windows.

The bunkroom has two beds, a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a TV and blackout shades.

Additional sleeping space is available in the living room by way of two pullout memory foam beds. One is queen sized and the other is twin. Please contact us if you will be utilizing these. Blackout curtains are also covering the sliding door.

Other items which we hope will make your stay EXTRA special include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, washer & dryer, iron & board, new sofas, 6 seat and 4 seat golf carts and fun beach decor!  We recently installed a new RO Water Filter so the cold refrigerator water and ice are clean and ready to use. No need to carry cases of water while you are here.

Clean linens, sheets and quilts, are provided for each bed. Pullout bedding will be in a spare closet. Clean towels will be provided for the bathrooms. Please use the dark blue washcloths to remove any makeup.

We provide a starter kit so you can start your luxury vacation on day 1! These items are not intended to last your whole stay.

Our home sits on a quiet cul de sac within the secure, gated community of Sandestin.  The house has two parking spots right in front (additional parking is available within the neighborhood). This is not a home for late night parties as quiet hours are enforced.

The new Linkside community pool was completed in 2025 and is a 4 minute walk on flat terrain just down the street on Audubon. Please do not bring glass containers to the pool. There is a second pool which was renovated in 2020, and it is located at the intersection of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Ave. The pools are heated at various times throughout the year.

You won't need to leave Sandestin or even get in your car during your vacation. With the included 6 seat and 4 seat golf carts you can access restaurants, shopping, entertainment and most importantly the beach.

Must be 28 years of age or older to rent.
All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying in our rental home.
Our Home is non-Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
