Guests can also enjoy the fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts during their stay. Experience the magic of Jensen Beach at this 14th floor unit.
Enjoy reading on your balcony overlooking the ocean, swimming in the pool, fishing in the surf, or exploring all the golf, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment options that the Treasure Coast has to offer.
The gated parking lot has ample unassigned parking and a free car shower to give your car a quick rinse.
Jensen Beach is a sandy, scenic beach that is great for all kinds of water sports. Take a nap, get a great tan, go fishing, or just take a long relaxing walk along the beautiful uncrowded beaches that stretch for miles. Go collect your sea shells!
Hutchinson Island, a 50 mile long barrier island, is the home of 4 main towns: Stuart, Jensen Beach, Ft. Pierce, and Vero Beach. Two hours to Orlando airport and one hour from Palm beach.
Everyone will enjoy being just minutes away from the award-winning restaurants, shopping, theater and nightlife available in Florida's own "Mayberry", the charming Stuart FL / Jensen Beach area. ("America's Happiest Seaside Town" -- Coastal Living Magazine, 2016 Winner) Restaurants, post-office, grocery stores and other shops are a 5 to 10 minute drive away while a 50 minute drive will take you to renowned up-scale shopping on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
The condo association has a three month minimum rental requirement not we will consider a 60 day rental in the off season.

The condo association does require a brief application and a short term lease which I will submit as soon as possible.
