Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home aside from two closets that are storage and locked.

Fantastic Historic District of Washington, just two blocks from the waterfront and a 10-15 min walk to the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Pickleball/tennis courts across the street as well as a playground.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).



Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



⛔️ Please note that the golf cart onsite is strictly off limits.



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! Please ensure the grill is pulled out from under the overhang prior to use and clean the grill after use. Happy grilling!



🐾 No Pets



🏊‍♂️ Pool Rules



👶 Supervision:

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard.

🧑‍🏫 Anyone under 18 who can’t swim must be watched closely.



🚨 Water Alert:

If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, message us right away so we can resolve it quickly.



🏊‍♂️ The pool will be open late April/early May to mid-October, weather permitting
